Recently refurbished to a high standard, our room had everything we needed including air conditioning and satellite TV. A small balcony gave views into the little narrow street, and there was a roof terrace for guests to use, and a communal fridge. Breakfast was at a restaurant 10 mins walk away opposite the Duomo. Both the owner of the B&B...

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights in late September. She had stayed there on a previous visit to Syracuse and liked the location and the owner. Room was comfortable and quiet, and while the breakfast was not offered on site, it was provided at a cafe on the piazza across from the cathedral. Wonderful! Enzo is...

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of September. Was welcomed by Enzo & his partner who gave us detailed information about Ortigia and very kindly booked a taxi to the bus station when we left. It was in a convenient location in one of the lovely small streets close to the centre as well as the sea. Our room...

The location is perfect, the room was lovely, and the staff was very helpful and friendly, so this bed and breakfast has the "bed" side taken care of. Breakfast, however, was vouchers for a cafe ten minutes away with very limited selection and very rude waitstaff. If you only need a place to stay, however, the decor was charming, the...

This is very central to everything in Ortigia. The breakfast was in a gorgeous location with stunning views of the cathedral. I had a lovely gluten free option at breakfast which was hard to come by in other places we stayed in Sicily. I am a light sleeper and I found the wooden ceiling kept making creaking noises at night,...

We stayed here for four nights and the room was beautiful and full of baroque charm. Gian Luca gave us a lovely welcome and lots of good information regarding local sites and restaurants. Breakfast is in a cafe a short walk away but is in a beautiful location opposite the cathedral so we actually preferred that to a room at...

Plenty of Baroque charm at this very central location in the heart of the old town and Giancarlo was very helpful in some ways. However, the promised 'free parking' is entirely a matter of getting lucky and it's probably best to anticipate having to use the nearest long-term car park, which costs about 10 euros per 24 hours and is...

Well situated in Ortigia, walking distance from most sites. Room beautiful with high wooden ceiling and Botticelli's Primavera on the wall. Supersonic bathroom with lots of shower features! Gian Luca is very helpful, speaks perfect English. We were at first disappointed that there was no breakfast on site, but the tickets issued for breakfast were for a café bang in...

We arrived rather late from the airport, but Enzo had kindly waited on for us and check in was very efficient - including helping us to find a place to park the car. We had a great room, set over 2 floors with simple kitchen facilities too. A lovely big bath as well as a separate shower. Bed very comfortable....

We were late coming from Ragusa but although check-in time ends at 7pm Enzo waited for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - walk with us to the restaurant to be sure we'll have a reservation, took me to the wine shop and helped with selection, gave great tips about parking, places, food, history and etc.
