This was definitely voted best by the kids (out of 3 hotels on our trip) - they didn't want to leave. The service was amazing, from the welcome drinks and nibbles to the shuttle to and from the beach and town, everything was done with such kindness and friendliness. The breakfast was the best we had during our stay, even...

Perfect stay – staff could not have done enough for us! From the start, the communication was very good and accurrate from the staff on our direct booking with the hotel even arranged our taxi transfer from Catania airport with a baby seat. We arrived with our 2 children late at night and after dinner service had just closed but...

Felt more like staying in someone's home because the staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate some of our best food in the hotel restaurant in the evenings and the breakfasts were excellent and loved, loved, loved the eating areas. On two occasions we were touring but we were able to ring in the evenings to select our meals...

Lovely hotel, hard to find by night - a sat nav is a good idea if you are driving! When we arrived the gentleman on reception was very warm and friendly, asking us if we would like to have dinner (we had arrived at 1930). The hotel is extremely clean and well looked after, and all the staff are very...

The Staff are very friendly and most helpful - on our arrival we were greeted as we parked the car and our bags were taken to to our room - which was very, very comfortable and well equipped (we had paid for a room with a balcony). The food (Italian) was good and varied - we ate their most nights....

We stayed at the end of a 5 week trip away from home, which had been very busy.We wanted somewhere to relax and this hotel is perfect in every regard for that! Our room was spacious (furnishings are a little dark for my taste, but that is a personal thing) and had a balcony where we could sit outside in...

This hotel was everything that was good about booking somewhere that was unknown to us. The hotel was clean and well appointed in a typically Italian way - our room was spacious and cool. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and could not have done more to make our stay enjoable - even to the extent of insisting on...

We stayed for a week at this hotel with our 18 month old son. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and good fun. They made us feel very welcome. There is a small playground which our son greatly enjoyed, along with the free pool and Jacuzzi. A free shuttle bus to Syracuse also made planning our day much easier....

The location of the hotel was in a very quiet area, however due to the fantastic services of the hotel with shuttle bus to Ortigia and the beach, this wasn´t a problem at all ! We booked this hotel because we wanted a nice hotel with a great pool, friendly staff and great food and local wine. Actually, we spent...
