As part of our driving holiday around Sicily, my wife and I spent 3 nights in Syracuse. Rather than stay within the city, we opted instead for the Dolce Casa - a B&B located roughly 3 km from the bridge onto the island of Ortigia, the historic centre of Syracuse. This B&B is a magnificent family home situated in the...

Dolce Casa B&B is a delightful house and its rooms have been thoughtfully equipped. The hosts are welcoming, genuine. She is an expert patissier. He a devoted gardener. Roses, hibiscus, palms, Daphne - you are surrounded by delightful Mediterranean atmosphere as you check out your destination in age-old Syracuse. The harbour and its restaurants in Ortigia are a particular delight....

Beautiful peaceful place right outside of town and near many beaches. Many places to visit nearby. Clean and great breakfast. Wonderful homemade cheese cakes and jams. Even had a little kitchen and our own patio with table, chairs and lounge chair.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this charming B&B for 3 nights in July when we were vacationing on Sicily. This B&B exceed our expectations by far. The room we had was spacious, the service was great and the location was very quiet and enjoyable. The best part about this B&B has to be the service. When we got there...

We stayed at Dolce Casa for 1 night as part of an Easter tour of Sicily. The house is located in beautiful gardens in a quiet residential area about 10 minutes drive from the Historic centre. Lucia was very helpful and friendly and made us very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had a nice modern shower. Breakfast...

Dolce Casa was delightful, but at present because of road works at the Via Lido Sacramento and Via Elorino junction you may have difficulty locating it. If your GPS has led you to this junction, proceed South on Via Elorina and take the first road on the left which will leed you onto Traversa Carrozziere. The GPS can now direct...

We stayed for 2 nights in the lovely Dolce Casa. Comfortable and very clean rooms with terrace. Beautiful and spacious garden. But most impressive is the breakfast with home-made italian 'dolci'. The owners are very friendly and welcome you with a brief introduction to the 'must see' in Siracuse, where to find parkings, nice beaches in the surrounding, ... Great...

Modern clean accommodation in a quiet area in the outskirts of Siracusa. Big spacious bedroom with garden area for each bedroom. We had a very good rest. The breakfast was lovely with the best cuore of ricotta we have tried. The owner was very helpful with good tips and advice for a quick view of Siracusa and Ortigia .

Good B&B located in a really quiet place but really close to Siracusa, Ortigia and the beaches. We stayed there for two nights and it was very good. We found it a bit expensive, though. But the room was big and clean and the bathroom as well. The owners were really nice and when we arrived they showed us all...
