Beware when booking at this hotel - we tried several times in advance to cancel our booking due to having to regretfully cancel our trip due to a medical problem but when we tried phoning on the number given on the website we got a non-existant number - no reply, even though we tried at several times of the day...

A small and charming traditional hotel right in the heart of this lovely town. Spacious rooms with stunning views of the sea from large terraces, secluded areas to sunbathe in the pretty gardens and a little pool to cool off - what's not to like?! We found it the prefect place to relax after the hustle and bustle of the...

Stayed here in July 2015. If you like modern hotels this is not the place for you. However if you want something charming and rustic this is ideal. The hotel has an old Sicilian vibe to it and the balcony for breakfast is charming, surrounded by rocks and greenery. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff are...

Not a bad hotel for the prices you have to pay. Was clean and good view. Right across the street from gondola. Close to good restaurants. There are lots of steps, but what do you expect from hotels built on mountain sides.

We stayed here 11th to 16th August 2014. We did not have high expectations, but everything was better than expected. Not good for pushchairs/wheel chairs, lots of steps which we did not find a problem, but they do advertise this fact. We had extra bed for our son, this was solid and left plenty of space. Rooms were large and...

The Villa Fiorita is directly behind the ancient Greek Theater in Taormina and over the top of the hill in which the theater is embedded. I have stayed at the Fiorita two or three times. Another review downgraded the Fiorita for cleanliness, and I don't find that accurate. One point that you can't miss is that the Fiorita---being built into...

We picked this hotel from the review in Frommer's, but felt it was disappointing. True, our room had a nice and spacious veranda with a view of the strait between Sicily and the mainland, but we found the service in the hotel to be lacking the management on the unfriendly side. The room was clean, as was the bath. The...

Fabulous location, charming and friendly with lovely gardens to sit and relax in. All rooms spacious, clean, wonderful sea views. A relaxing oasis in a lovely town, I will return year after year. This is a great find, and not too expensive given the prime location

Very nice hotel in a perfect location across the street from the cable car, 200 meters from the bus station and at the end of the mani pedestrian street. My room on the second floor overlooked the sea and was lovely, but be prepared to climb a lot of steps. The bellhop/room cleaner was a surly older man who keept...

A charming place weigh a lovely swimming pool and beautiful views over the sea and onto Calabria, the Villa Fiorita is tranquil, place just below the main entrance gate to the hustle bustle of Taromina proper. It is a place for the hardy, since some rooms require climbing many flights of stairs in stifling unairconditioned halls. Breakfast on the terrace...
