Take the bus, it is a tourist bus so no trouble there and I think was about 10 euros, they drop you off at the bus station then you have to get a taxi for about 5 minutes and that costs 15 euros but the road is so steep you... More

We stayed in a corner room which was great, views of Mt Etna and the ocean as well as the coastline - definitely a better room than just looking over the ocean and out in the balcony it seems like you are waaaay to close to your neighbours!
