Simply do not stay here, you will regret it. This hotel is run by the worst manager I have ever met. He is rude, patronising and unapologetic. We had to sleep with no aircon with a noisy buzzer going off every minute, window open to get some air but constant noise of traffic, people, and bin men. When we asked...

We both husband and wife stayed in hotel Piccadilly for four nights in May 2016. It is located next to the Independence Square of Florence, just ten minutes walk from Firenze SMN Train Station. The rooms and the reception are on the first floor, accessible by a small lift. Mr. Roberto gave us a warm welcome, free maps, a spacious...

The hotel is not luxurious but is very clean. Our room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect, close to many places of interest. It is a walking distance from the train station. The price is reasonable.the personnel is very friendly.

I think this hotel was great, the service was great and the owner even let us chose a room from two. Big rooms but no air conditioning but we didn't need it. Our room was beside the kitchen so at 5am I got woken up by crashing of dishes but he did warn us the bigger room was next to...

You get what you pay for! That being said, we really enjoyed our overnight here. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Our objective was to be close to the train station as we were in between cities. We arrived late and left early. Basic necessities. Desk staff spoke excellent English, building was secure (key code after hours plus room key)...

I slept in room 129 for 5 nights in March 2014. The hotel is very close to the city centre which makes the location fantastic. Yet, our stay was horrible. At first it seemed nice that 129 was so big (a room with a door to the bathroom and another, smaller, room). The bathroom is of nearly microscopic size. Being...

Hotel Piccadilly is an excellent budget priced hotel. Although not a short way from the Duomo, it is a quite convenient straight wall Rooms are plain but clean, breakfast is basic but good and the owner and staff extremely helpful The Hilton it is not, but value for money - excellent

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The location is great! everything is within walking distance The staff was average. Although this one lady was very very helpful. Manager was disinterested. The room was a good size. We got an upgrade. Bathroom was pathetic! The worst of them all was when I asked for the AC...

This was a very bad experience. The hotel's location is great, but this is its only plus. The rooms are cold and very basic. One miniature bar of soap for your entire stay, sheets are not changed, no matter how long your stay is. Customer service, non existent. Unfriendly manager. He seemed always bothered by any question asked. Breakfast not...
