Party of nine adults accommodated in two apartments. Location was fantastic as was the quality of the accommodation. Have just recommended it to friends who are due to visit Florence next year. Nello and the other staff were very helpful.

the room was clean, a little small. The shower was very tiny. There was little in the way of relaxation areas. the breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The towels were changed everyday. The wifi was a bit erratic

Our family of 10 (children, parents and grandparents) stayed for two nights - wish it was longer! The accommodations were gorgeous, historical, and spacious - the location was excellent and the host was very helpful! Highly recommended! The cafe across the street was delightful for coffee and happy hour - lovely locals.

La Residenza D'Epoca is quite close to all the main places of interest. The staff there( Claudia and Alessandra) are so helpful and genuinely friendly. I felt very sad when I had to leave Florence and the Residenza. The place itself is beautiful, the facilities (common room, laundry are really good. Looking forward to going there again soon :)

My friend and I stayed in the Double Standard Frida Kahlo room and could not have had a better experience. We arrive after the office was closed and were met by their collaborator Luca, the building manager. He was an absolute classic. Hilarious. He checked us in, recommended an incredible local restaurant for dinner (mmm, real Italian bolognese), took us... More

This property in its prior life was a private residence, so all the rooms are different. Ours had a little terrace on the outside, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. There is a large common room with lots of water, coffee and snacks, and even a washer and dryer which was extremely... More

The house was very centrally located and offers a parking in a garage close by, as cars are limited in downtown Florence. The rooms and the location is excellent, bathroom and everything else is very clean. The house is impressive, well kept and safe. They have free water and tea and espresso in the lounge and their service is very... More

Our family of 4 had several rooms on the first floor. We loved staying here! One of the rooms had a kitchenette with stove-top and sitting area, so we were able to make lunch and dinner -- a nice break from eating out for every meal. Since we were in Florence during a heat wave, we appreciated the air conditioning... More

Alessandra was very welcoming and helpful, and the room was beautiful, spotless, very large and offered great value for money. It was an excellent experience to stay in such a classy and impressive place. Would recommend it highly and its location was perfect for exploring the city. Ed McNamara and Jean Branna
