What nobody tells you when you make a reservation for this B&B is that it is the house of Giuseppe, a wonderful man that would do anything to make your stay great. The place is very nice, everything is super clean, and the breakfast is pretty complete (i have to say that the coffee was awesome). Anyway, probably the best...

My friend and I had to stay at a hotel last minute when our original housing fell through. We booked the room that day and we had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly and they even helped us plan out some things to do for the day. We couldn't find the hotel at first so after calling and...

I chose this hotel only for the location. Stayed here in May with family. We arrived a little early but the old man who received us told us rooms will be ready in half an hour. So we went out and roamed around and came back after an hour, then this man started throwing his hands up and speaking in...

A group of 8 of us decided to stay at this hotel for one night while we were passing through Florence. Shortly after getting situated into our room, someone found a BEDBUG in their bed. This is an AUTOMATIC deal breaker. On top of the bedbug being there, the rooms were very dated. The entire hotel was dated. For the...

When we arrived at 13 the room wasn't ready so we had to grab a bite eventhough we wanted to rest after a long bus journey from Siena. The bedroom walls are filled with stains and the bathroom smelled like cigarretes for a whole day. The TV is placed on top of the bed so you need to lay upside...

We only stayed overnight, so we cannot say much except that the unit we had was spacious for our family of 4, effectively 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet. We even had a refrigerator, which is uncommon for the places we have stayed in Europe so far. The breakfast is basic but one cannot expect too much if it is included...

It's two blocks from Accademia only! Everything is in walking distance: Uffizzi, Duomo, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti. Good value for money, but don't expect any luxury. Rooms are old and breakfast nothing special. The street S. Reparata is little bit noisy before dawn (suppliers, garbage service etc.), so it's better to ask for a room on the other...
