The appartmanent was very cozy and warm like you would expect from your home. Very clean, accessorized and charming. Ideal to visit the city by foot. The rooms are nicely furnished. The hosts were very kind.

I am very fond of the Oltrano district in Firenze. The cafes and restaurants are frequented by the locals and the autobus to Siena is a block away for an easy special day out of town. I really liked the fact that the Poggio Gardens have an enterance visible from the apartments. Nearby is great coffee bars, groceries, and fabulous...

I stayed for 7 days in the "giovanni" room. It was on the ground floor of the house. Although it's my first visit to florence but I think this place was a very lucky choice for me being solo. Carlo and Clara gave me all the help I needed and they help you with pleasure. The room was very cosy...

Excellent apartment accommodations. Visited Florence with two other couples and each had an apartment side by side. It is within walking distance from the Centre of the City and there are many eating establishments in close proximity. OUR hosts are most welcoming and open to helping us although they reside off site. Clothes washing and drying are included and a...

We only stayed for two nights but the apartment was comfortable and spacious and we could have stayed for longer. The kitchenette was a welcome amenity after being in hotel rooms for the previous few nights. The bathroom had plenty of towels and hot water, the a/c worked well and the room was very quiet. (Only problem was that the...

We loved our stay of 4 nights. We had helpful communications with Clara right up to our arrival, and she returned our last night to say goodbye and order us a taxi for a very early morning flight. The building was once a private villa. When it was converted into apartments, many original features were kept, like the lovely terrazzo...

Beautiful and clean apartment which felt more spacious as it opened up onto a terrace. Would definitely recommend for two or three people. It is located a good 25min walk from the centre of Florence which is a good thing in that manically busy city! it was great to have a nice place away from the bustle but this means...

We stayed here for 5 nights during our travels in Italy. The apartment was a great size with a private bathroom and opened out onto the terrace. The terrace is shared between the residents but would provide a useful space to those with children to allow them to play knowing they are safe from the main road. We had everything...

Stayed for 3 nights in June and had a wonderful time. Clara is lovely and so helpful. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Clara also arranged secure parking for a motorcycle. The weather was perfect and we were able to make full use of the lovely terrace outside our room. Great location near the...
