The hotel has a lot of character, nicely decorated, a beautiful view, and very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was right on the busy square below but with the double shutters on the window, the noise was muffled plenty. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. We had to climb several flights of stairs to go...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 1 week ago

Having twice stayed at Palazzo Guadagni for two weeks on each occasion with my wife (2015 and 2016) I just took my bachelor brother who had never visited Florence before. We stayed in rooms 10 and 11. Both are very quiet. Room 10 has a view of the Duomo. We could not have been made more welcome or more comfortable....

My 12 year old daughter and I had an incredible stay at the Palazzo Guadagni. First of all, we were surprised by the incredible view of our room (Room 8) at the top of the stairs past the lobby. It was a gorgeous panorama of the city, including Il Duomo. The room was also very comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts...

I traveled here with my girlfriend for new year's eve holidays and was blown away. Not only is the hotel located close to all the main attractions (Duomo, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Giardini di Boboli, etc.) but is all by itself an attraction. The building is antique but very well kept, carefully renovated to ensure the modern comforts do not...

This hotel was adorable and made you feel like you were a local. The views of the duomo were incredible. It was a very quick trip from the train station & a quick walk to the city center. Food options on the square is why I will book this hotel again.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. It is mentioned in the 2016 Michelin guide and, upon a friend's recommendation, stayed there for two nights during January, 2017. The hotel is charming and closely located to the Pitti Palace. The rooms are large and the breakfast is good. The hotel's porches surrounding two floors likely are a beautiful place to...

I need to start with saying that I did not stay in the hotel proper but in one of two main level apartments. The apartment had all the things you would need for an extended stay, kitchen, separate living room, large closet, over all it was a very spacious accommodation. Being alone and only in Florence for 2 night, it...

Spent a couple of days in Florence in December at this hotel. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Facilities are as you would expect. The terrace is a great spot for a coffee or a beer with a fantastic view over Florence. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location and lovely staff. Will definitely be back. Very attentive service and would highly recommend the highest rooms in the house which are very quiet even on New Year's Eve. The square has several great quirky bars and restaurants to enjoy.
