My wife and I stayed at Palazzo Guadagni in July for 3 weeks and this was our 5th visit to this marvelous hotel. We consider it our home away from home and it is the only place we would ever think of staying when visiting Firenze and Tuscany. The rooms are very large especially compared to other hotels in Europe....

I stayed here with my husband recently for a long weekend and we had a really lovely stay. The Palazzo is unique and has an old world charm about it, with many original features, so different from so many homogenous chain hotels. The staff are friendly, and helpful. The view from the terrace is great, and its a great place...

Whilst this isn't perhaps the most conventional hotel you could choose to stay in, it's certainly a fantastic way to immerse yourself in Florentine life for a few days. The staff are tremendously friendly and helpful; and offered us a guided tour upon our arrival. Our room was a little basic but had all the details necessary for a city...

Palazzo Guadagni is a boutique hotel of only 15 suites. It sits within a grand building on a vibrant piazza on the South side of the Arno, close to the main tourist spots but far enough away. Fabulous restaurants and at the doorstep and a few minutes away. The rooms are very large, authentically decorated and well maintained. We couldn't...

This hotel was unique in our experience, it is very definately an Italian palazzo with all that implies. It is a 17th century building which has been beautifully converted, if you are looking for a bland, international hotel this is not for you. The rooms are spacious with high, painted ceilings, the floors are tiled and flagged and the windows...

Loved Palazzo Guadagni and everything about it and where it was located! Staff welcomed us back with open arms... again! We've come back several times ... this time with our two kids. Family friendly. The hotel staff couldn't have been more attentive ... always cheerful and outgoing and helpful. Had fabulous recommendations for nearby "trattorias" and "gelaterias" and shopping. Very happy with our stay at Palazzo Guadagni. Dear Jo, We'd like to express our gratitude for this glowing review, many thanks for describing and praising our Hotel so lavishly. You should have seen the concert in the Piazza last night! It was Gospel! Absolutely wonderful with a glass of prosecco and the view of the Tuscan sun setting over the rolling hills. Best regards, Susanna

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. The hotel has nice large rooms and bathrooms, central location, very nice personnel, amazing terrace on which you can have breakfast. A bit noisy during the evenings because of proximity to Santo Spirito Square.

Dear Anca, Thankyou for this review, we're sorry you didn't sleep as well as you could have! Some of the rooms do face the Piazza and there is quite often live music but it generally stops around 10. We're glad you enjoyed your stay! Best regards, Team Palazzo Guadagni
