Booking was easy and any emails were responded to quickly. We needed an extra 2 days and even though they were booked, Laura helped us find a room at nearby hotel at the same rate. The hotel is a bit hard to find as there is no lobby nor huge signage. You need to ring the doorbell and you are... More

We were pleased and happy in this hotel. The attention from the staff plus the care with the room, which was spacious and clean was spectacular. Also it was close to the center and very well situated. Very lovely! Angela and Jochem

We stayed here for three nights beginning May 22. Getting to the hotel from the train station took just minutes and once we arrived we fell in love! The room was on the top floor of the hotel overlooking the Palazzo, it was large, spacious with a lovely bathroom. Once the windows were closed at night, we couldn't tell there... More

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Florence. Palazzo Guadagno was a lovely place to stay and I don’t hesitate to recommend it. Location: Palazzo Guadagno has the most amazing location, near all the sites, but a short walk from the very touristy areas. You feel you are seeing a bit of the real Florence,... More

This is an apartment converted to a hotel, which provides a feel of Florence and Tuscany. Service is excellent, rooms are big and clean. It is centrally located in a main square (Santo Spirito) and is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main high street. Free wi-fi, huge balcony and home-like breakfast room are added attractions. The only drawback I... More

I stayed at the Palazzo Guadagni in May with 3 others. All of their good points already stated are true: excellent service, location, beautiful rooms, etc. In particular, I have to mention the service. When (unknown to us) the management learned of a birthday in our group, they surprised us all with a special greeting. It was that extra special... More

This hotel takes up the top two floors of a historic palazzo (dated 1500) plus a little residencia on the first floor. The building is very old and atmospheric - definitely not run of the mill. Our room was in the lower separate part - which wasnt a problem but you definitely felt you were not 'in the hotel'. The... More
