My husband and I visited Florence for work & pleasure. The entire experience in this hotel was exquisite. The parking was simple and plentiful, right next to the hotel. The hotel was Florence's Old working Water Mill (very historical) and has beautiful views of the river. You can see the original parts preserved underground as you walk over it on...

I'd happily stay here for a vacation with my wife, as its a beautiful property in a non-chain sort of way. There are nice hotels, and then there are those that have charm, and this place is both. The rooms aren't the Ritz Carlton, but comfortable and reasonably upscale. Our room had a cozy bed, and a vaulted brick ceiling,...

Walking in at night we were met with a lovely lit path, old style building and a smile at reception. The BEST food I have had in a year hands down! Amazing service and a stunning hotel. Could not recommend this place highly enough. We came in and decided to grab some room service..steak was like butter and I have...

I recently spent 5 days here and absolutely loved it. On the outskirts of Firenze, this hotel offers some peace and quiet after a busy day in city. Rooms are comfortable, clean and has a spa you can reserve for private use! Best part is the hotel staff; they were amazing. Thank you Serena, Aldo, Ian, Salvetore, Khaled and Ray...

This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Florence. Great rooms and restaurant. There's also a free sauna/steam room/spa area. The hotel runs a free minibus into Florence and there's also ample parking in their own covered garage. The only negative is that the wifi is a bit flakey and very slow which is a bit frustrating. However, a...

This hotel is great! Set in a quiet location, the architecture is fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We had a room with a view on the Arno, and every morning first thing we did was open the window to hear the sound of the river and enjoy the great view. Inside, cleanliness was impeccable and smelled really nice...

this hotel in Florence offers the best of everything I anticipated a holiday in Italy would be. The reception and welcome, rooms, restaurant and especially the staff. The people make you feel like part of the hotel, not just a visitor or guest passing through. The staff made our time min Florence so memorable, the town of Florence is fantastic,...

The hotel has a very good service, a perfect location. With the bus shuttle you reach the city in about 15 minutes. The restaurant is cozy and the hotel bar has quiet seats. It is a romantic hotel in the beautiful ambiance of old and new architecture.

This is a lovely hotel just outside Florence on the Arno. We were very lucky to have been upgraded to a river view room. It's a treat to be in a quiet hotel in Florence. The hotel has a mini-bus which takes one into the centre of town. It is more difficult to get into town in the evening, since...
