From our initial email communications with Pierpaolo to checkout, Hotel Casci was a perfect choice for our two days in Florence. The family and staff made you feel welcome and catered to. Nothing was too much trouble. Our family stayed in a renovated family room, which was spacious enough for five adults to be quite comfortable. Location, rooms, service, breakfast...everything...

Browsed other reviews before writing this one, to see if there was something new I could add, but I think the overwhelming majority of positive reviews have it covered. I'll just add my praise to the chorus: The Casci is a lovely place to come home to after a long day's wander through busy Florence or the surrounding countryside. And...

We LOVED our stay at the Hotel Casci. EVERY need we had was met. It began with the cooler with Diet Cokes and real ICE -hey, we are Americans :-) The Staff were extremely helpful at every turn. The location could not have been better. The rooms were quiet and there was a frig in the room. The breakfast was...

Finding a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a good location is always a challenge especially in a city like Florence, but thanks to Trip Advisor reviews, we found it!! This really is a wonderful little hotel in every way. I have to say thet I was pleased that we had been warned about the uninspiring entrance or we might have...

The staff of this hotel was very friendly and accommodating. An important feature when I travel is the cleanliness of a facility, at the Hotel Casci there was no question that the owners prided themselves in this. Breakfast was always pleasant and varied. Location,Location,Location!!! GREAT we could walk to any sight we wished to visit. This hotel would be on...

Booked this hotel as a result of reviews on this site and was not disappointed. Fantastic location and great value for money in a city reknowned for expensive accommodation. But what really surprised us was the level of service. Thanks to the front desk, we had booked tickets to the Uffizi and other attractions before we'd even arrived, so no...

Hotel Casci is not the poshest spot around, but the staff and location make it 5-star! We only stayed one night, but the staff was just the most welcoming and friendly we'd encountered. We felt like we were visiting family, not staying in a hotel. Although it comes across as a bit of a collegiate backpackers spot, there were plenty...

Booked because of good recommendations on the web and walking distance to tourist sights. The staff made us feel welcome from the first moment. Room was clean and very quiet; the latter was unexpected considering the hotel is in the center of the city. Staff at front desk were very helpful with everything from advance reservations for Uffizi and David,...

We stayed in Florence for three nights during our Italian honeymoon, and we loved the staff at Hotel Casci! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and very welcomed! It was such a nice thing to hear an office staff was warm and inviting, and spoke English very well!! They were also very helpful, and would make recommendations...

This hotel is definitely a "2" star hotel. Do not expect any more then that. The free wi-fi is nice, the check in was good, location good, other then that it was just okay. It was a little loud at night. The people seemed friendly at times and unfriendly at others. The reviews are a little misleading on this website....

First of all we would like to thank these and all other guests for their comments, as their opinions are an invaluable help for us, in order to keep and constantly improve our service to them. As far as this specific comment goes, we are a small family run hotel - we are proud of that and we have never...
