We had Two reservations. The Jr Suite (main floor behind the reservation desk) and an other, bigger suite #4 in second floor.
Pros: location, kitchenette, spacious units, air conditioning, decent wifi

We stayed 3 nights here, because a friend recommend the suite to us. First: This is not really a posh palazzo. more like a big, dark, renovated private house. The room had a lovely painted high ceiling, but sadly no view or daylight at all....More
The Palace apartment is lovely and clean. The room we had was huge with very high painted ceilings and heated floorboards. And it's in an excellent location on the far side of the Ponte Vecchio from the Duomo but easy to walk to the crowded...More

Couldn't have been better. Very welcoming arrival - we emailed our flight details in advance & were able to have our apartment from 11am. Really helpful staff, totally flexible & accommodating. Apartment nicely furnished, comfortable bed & surprisingly comfortable sofa bed.
