For the price you pay, you get a really good stay at the Duomo View B&B. Filippo was a good-natured host and made our stay memorable. He had good information about events, places to eat, and was always available when we needed his help. We were upgraded to a room with a private bath, had access to the communal fridge...

What a nice B&B! Fillipo was such a good host. He stocks the community fridge with beer, wine, coke, water, etc! If you're looking for a trustworthy place to stay and a nice atmosphere this is it!!!!!

Location: The B&B is located right next to the Duomo. The location is fantastic. It’s about 10 minutes walking from the train station. From the hotel, you can walk to all the major Florence sites in 15 minutes or less. The B&B is located on the 3rd floor of a building. It was easy for us to find because of...

I stayed here in room 1 and the view was phenomenal.....you could almost throw something out the window and hit the duomo.....and feel the bells chiming!!! The room was large and ok in terms of decor but it was not super clean....the white chair covers were covered in stains....I asked for both to be cleaned but only one was removed....

We loved this hotel! It has a great view, is spacious, and the hosts are very generous. We had to check out, but weren’t leaving Florence till the evening. We were able to leave our bags and came and went from the central location as we liked throughout the day. We were even able to take showers before we left...

Really enjoyed our stay at the Duomo View. Philip is an excellent host and gave us plenty of advice on restaurants, gellaterias etc. Location is excellent and all the major attractions are within easy walking distance. For budget concious travellers who want a central location, I doubt there is a better choice. We particularly liked that a fridge was provided...

Located very central to all sites, only 20 mintues walk to any part of the city. B&b host, Philip is wonderfully helpful and willing to make your stay easier with info and bookings prior to arrival. Breakfast is served freshly made in your room, with pastries, fruit, cookies, yogurt and juices. A group fridge is available in the shared space,...

It's very nice location and clean B&B and host was very nice. This B&B was awful. The worst I've ever stayed in in my life! Starting with the filthy shared bathroom with a furry toilet seat cover (!), matching dirty pedestal mat and shower mat. Most un-Italian as their bathrooms are always spotless. On to bedroom number 5, children's size beds, with green nylon covers, in 30 degree temperatures, no air-con either....
