this was the last hotel on our Italy trip- we stayed in all StarHotels. Location is amazing, river is 2 blocks on the left and bus / tram station is outside the hotel. Connectivity to everything was perfect.

The hotel is very near to all the major tourist places in Florence . The bus stop is a minute walk . The staff was extremely polite and helpfull. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay here . The rooms were neat and comfortable too .More

Front desk staff bilingual and very friendly. Got a free map with the major attractions circled. They even assisted with bus tickets and the relevant routes. Onsite parking available. Lift access. Rooms very clean and tidy bathrooms. Nice breakfast. A little out of the way...More
