I traveled to Italy from 11 to 15 July 2014, and stayed at the Hotel Albani, located less than two blocks from the train station. From the moment that I arrived, the staff was so welcoming and hospitable, especially the front desk manager, Chiara.  The same was true in  the dining room, where Francesco, a friendly, courteous waiter, went out...

We stayed in Florence for 4 nights, 2 days traveling in Tuscany. The hotel is very nice by all means. It is an excellent choice if you want comfort and some luxury at a decent budget. A good choice for any type of trip.

Everything was perfect, comfortable, clean and nice room, very good location (near train station), made it perfect for walking to all attractions. The staff were wonderful during our stay. Breakfast was always very busy, pretty average, but satisfactory to start the day. We suggest a improvement of breakfast. Loved the Albani and we would definitely stay again.

This is our favourite hotel in Florence. It is so well located for sightseeing and shopping its a must. Proximity to the main Novello Station means travel to Pisa Airport and Rome or Venice are simple. Breakfast is very well prepared with plenty of choice for any taste. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is a great location with respect to the train station, but a little far from most everything else. The room was a nice size, but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. We had a family suite, was two rooms with a private door--very spacious! Nice breakfast, but not so nice wifi.

A nice part of our honeymoon! We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was plenty of hanging and draw space which we have found to be unusual in most European cities. The furniture was very stylish. The location made it perfect for walking to all attractions, but away from the noise of the city. A very...

Reasonable location but the staff should be educated a little bit more about the hospitality industry and courtesy to its guests . Be careful at the restaurant , remain humble and especially beware from ANTONIO ........When you ask to speak to a manager there's no one available , I wonder how this hotel is operated. I stayed in several hotels...

Excellent location and great staff. The room was clean, quiet, and cool, which was great considering it was in the 90's. I not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The location made it perfect for walking to all attractions, but away from the noise of the city. We were meeting a group at the train station for a bike...

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.. There was plenty of hanging and draw space which we have found to be unusual in most European cities.
