This hotel is close to the Duomo, yet the room rates are great. Great staff, awsome breakfast, and very clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel also has a computer hooked up to the web for guests to use and print boarding passes. Very convenient.

This has been one of my best staying in Firenze. Not only the facilities where excellent and clean (very good bathroom) but the stuff was so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL: they know the best places where to eat and go out for drinks—ask the desk! I also appreciated the parking service provided by Hotel Arizona. +++x20 good breakfast, amazing coffee and...

We tend to avoid the hotel chains and large establishments when we travel, so we thought this would be a good choice for us and we were right! Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern, and the service was wonderful -- as was the 'continental breakfast' which was just shy of a full breakfast. The...

Our stay at the Arizona Hotel made our visit to Florence more enjoyable and comfortable than we had imagined. First of all, the owners, two lovely brothers, go above and beyond to make the visit special. From the lavender eco-friendly toiletries, clean rooms and lobby, to the very comfy beds, spacious closet space and fabulous breakfasts - we felt that...

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk into the centre of Florence. The rooms and furnishings are clean but dated, though the bathrooms seem newer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended some very good restaurants near by and were only too happy to assist in any request we made. On the down side...

It was a pleasure for us to stay in this family run hotel. They make you feel at home. Walking distance to all the nice places to see. Very good breakfast. We got one of the large rooms, and I personally love the decoration. I felt like I was back in time with today comfort. It is not a big...

We stayed 3 nights here. The service is how I rated this review! There were 5 of us travelling and 3 rooms booked. The rooms are ok nothing fancy. Quite frankly I drop my bags and don't come back to the hotel until dark. There is to much to see. The three brothers make the hotel, we couldn't ask for...

If you're the kind of traveler who is more interested in exploring the destination rather than hanging out in the hotel, then the Arizona hotel is for you. It's extremely well run by three brothers who actually care about their guests and more than live up to their goal of treating everyone like family. Rooms are well laid out, more...

What a great place to stay! I have stayed in many hotels around Italy and throughout Europe and I cannot stop talking about what a great experience I had at the Hotel Arizona. Hotel Arizona is placed perfectly inside the city of Florence where walking to anything is a breeze. The rooms were very comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast is...
