My brother's boss traveled to Florence on his honeymoon and recommended that we stay here and we couldn't be happier for the recommendation. Emmanuelle and Barbara gave us an authentic experience and treated us extremely hospitable, Emmanuelle taught some me some italian and jokingly said to practice and come back next year, perfect reason for my dad to get his...

Even though we didn't exactly stay here we used the valet parking service daily (as we were staying at the "Florence View Apartments". The husband and wide team who manage the hotel were very helpful and full of charm and warmth welcome. They were really helpful and explaining Florence and its places. Their knowledge of the city is amazing. Next...

We used his hotel as our hub for our stay in Florence. Our travel group told us we could easily walk here from the train station. Um. No. It is almost 3.5 KM from the train station. Toting luggage for 2 weeks in Italy, I just don't think so. The busses in Florence were impossible to figure out. Thankfully the...

Room was everything that was promised: Spacious, elegant, clean, comfortable (AC worked brilliantly) with a beautiful view of the Arno River. Emanuele and his team were very helpful in booking tours and giving us nice suggestions for restaurants and...

I haven't had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Privilege, but I have experienced their customer service in a spectacular way... My youngest son lost his itouch on a tour bus in Florence, and a student on another tour found it. He called me when he saw the lost itouch prompt. This young man left the itouch with Emanuele at...

I stayed at Hotel Privilege one night, during a business trip. The location is great - right around the corner fro Santa Croce – and some rooms have gorgeous views towards the river. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a desk and a comfortable chair, so it was also good for working. Breakfast consisted of a very...
