Excellent hotel for four night stay with our family, including three children. We had a double room and a triple room. Hearty breakfast, heated rooftop pool with a view, lovely decor in rooms, very clean/ great housekeeping, and all around helpful staff. Definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Florence in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the sights and train station.

Loved this Hotel. It's in a nice residential area. The pool and hotel bar and restaurant on top are amazing. Loved this pool. Breakfasts were wonderful and lounging on the rooftop was amazing. The staff was amazing. our only issue was the air conditioning wasn't working well. Also it is a little hike into town and it was really hot so that probably made it seem longer. But I would for sure stay here again. loved it!

Very charming hotel in a great location near the river and easy walking to the best sights in Florence. Our room was outstanding and a great value for the price. The top floor restaurant and bar were outstanding, and the terrace was gorgeous with amazing views. All the staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. I would easily recommend to friends and would stay there again for sure.

Excellent hotel. Great location right by the train station. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely come stay here again. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence. Walking distance to amenities, lots of food choices around.

Everything about the Kraft Hotel was superior, starting with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our room was accommodating and very clean, but the gem is the rooftop restaurant/bar. We started every morning there with a fine breakfast and ended the day with a nightcap. Grazie Kraft!

Stayed at the Kraft Hotel in October. Lovely hotel in a quiet area but only a 15min walk along the river Arno to main attractions. There are several local restaurants in walking distance to the hotel too, we loved La Carabaccia. The rooms were spotless with a great size bathroom, the breakfast was amazing everything u cld want with a stunning view looking over Florence, in good weather breakfast can be taken on the terrace. Heated swimming pool a bonus too. The staff were so friendly especially the breakfast staff, the front desk staff also very helpful in suggesting where to go and explaining the best way to get to places. I would recommend, we had a lovely experience and stay, I would love to come back.

Boutique hotel situated along the Arno River and close walking proximity to highlights of Florence. Clean, spacious room with a balcony away from the bustle of the main streets. Excellent dinner for two of our four nights on their large rooftop patio served by meticulous wait staff. Our next door neighbors recommended this hotel and indeed it was one of the best hotels during out journey in Italy.

Hotel Kraft was a terrific spot for us! It is set in a quiet part of town with a beautiful view of the city. We loved coming back to the pool for a dip and cocktail before heading back out for dinner. While all of the staff was friendly and helpful, I must mention Roberto and the breakfast staff. Their service was exceptional and accommodating. They gave us an awesome experience.

Perfect hotel for our city break, loved everything about it especially the rooftop area & restaurant. Breakfast was great & staff very friendly. Room cleaned every day. Great location, we walked to & from the centre every day & always felt safe. Loved Florence :-)

Excellent hotel, well-located in Florence. Comfortable rooms. Reasonable walk to Central Market and many attractions. Lovely rooftop terrace and pool area. Hotel provides a very nice spread at breakfast and the restaurant is very good as well. Highly recommend.
