This hotel is amazing. Best location and they have concierge, Lorenzo! Upon arrival at the hotel, we where welcomed by Lorenzo , who took us through a quick overview of the hotel and Florence as whole. Brilliantly energetic and his mannerisms where aligned to a 5 star hotel. As we where on a short stay(2nights) he went out of his...

Excellent hotel. Location can't be better. Concierge very helpful. Rooms nice and very comfortable. Breakfast in the Parliament Room is an experience. After a long day walking have a drink at the bar. Has wifi but it does not reach everywhere. Highly recommended

From the minute we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, often greeting us by name. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Our room was one of their Tuscan style ones, with a small living area, steps down to the bedroom, a huge well-stocked bathroom and more storage space than we could possibly use! The housekeeping...

I can't write a review equal to the welcome and the service I received. I can't recommend it highly enough. The front desk staff greeted me everyday and asked if I needed any help. I'm not sure if it's because I looked lost in that I'm directionally impaired. The staff in the breakfast room were also very gracious and attentive...

The hotel's location couldn't be better : it's handy for everything in the historic centre. The welcome was warm and informative and the service thereafter was attentive, discreet and friendly. Rooms were classily-furnished and housekeeping kept them spotless. Turn-down service with chocolates and complimentary mineral water were provided. If you're a photographer the mini-safe will hold a body and a...

Recently stayed here for a wedding anniversary, could find a single fault with the hotel from start to finish. Nice friendly staff, great bar and lounge area, breakfast selection first class, very well appointed room and bathroom. Hotel sent us a nice bottle of fizz to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely stay the next time we are in Florence.

We only stayed for one night but were welcomed by friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The hotel is very central with lovely lounge space and bar area. Our room (although no view) was very comfortable, not huge but with all you could need, with a sparkling clean bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style in a lovely room but was rather formal....

The hotel is beautifully decorated in a late 19th Century style, the staff are very helpful and the service and food are excellent. It is located in the heart of Florence, within easy walking distance of all the sites. When you return to the hotel after a day of culture overload, you will appreciate the tranquillity. The rooms are very...

My husband and I recently stayed here for 3 nights for a birthday trip. I want to be overall positive - beautiful building, perfect position, wonderful staff, room very comfortable with wonderful linen, good sized bath and quality fittings. So.....breakfast is quoted as buffet continental but with some hot food. Sorry it was very average - to charge extra for an omelette at these room prices is cheap practice. First day (out of 4)...

Originally a 15th century “Palazzo”, the Hotel Bernini is built according to the Classic Florentine architectural style, with string-course cornices along the walls and wooden shutters giving it a charming antique flavor. The Bernini Palace is located in Florence’s historic center, right behind Piazza della Signoria - just a stone’s throw from the Uffizi and Florence’s main historical attractions. The rooms are 74, Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite, all are fitted out with the best, most up-to-date mod-cons and still preserve the charm of the past. The Tuscan Floor is reminiscent of old world Tuscan colours and themes, very warm and inviting. The new restaurant La Chiostrina is located in a historical courtyard of the hotel, it is the ideal place for delicious gastronimic specialities in Florence, its versatility makes it an excellent restaurant offering an innovative menu. A full breakfast is served in the magnificent Sala Parlamento (complete with a splendid frescoed ceiling) formerly a meeting place for members of Parliament and Senators of the Kingdom of Italy ... more   less
