This hotel was great, had a good location. The staff was helpful, the train station is a bit of a walk but not too far away. The hill across the Arno gives a beautiful view of Florence, especially at sunset.

This is a really large hotel. The rooms are nice and clean but depending on the location of your room it really could be confusing. It's not exceptionally close to shopping and dining but if you don't mind a 15-20 min walk or taking a taxi it's a great value. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of options.

I stayed at this hotel from 25/11/2016 until 28/11/2016 for the Firenze marathon. Lovely location and great river view. Check in was painless with no credit card taken as they trust visitors so much. The reception welcoming and big enough for all runners to congregate. The bedroom was tidy and big enough for one person. The bathroom had a bath...

This hotel was part of our Trafalgar tour. Whilst the hotel is in a good location close to shops, the rooms are small and with no air conditioning available at the time we stayed (Time of year we are told can't be run), makes it a little uncomfortable to sleep. We had to open the windows slightly but were eaten...

The hotel is a beautiful property in a relatively centric location; about a 20-minute drive from the main bus and train station. Conveniently accessible to many tourist sites and transportation. The staff was awful, especially at the Front Desk and the restaurant. It seemed as if they were all unhappy or angry; in fact, I would say that they were...

I used this hotel because it was where my conference was being held and the room rate was excellent (even though I was not paying personally). The location is convenient on the edge of the historic city centre, though I did not have time to take in the cultural aspects. The hotel and conference centre was smart, clean and elegant....

Well when I arrived here I was slightly disappointed, the rooms are quite small. However, during the 3 nights that I was here ir grew on me! Although my room was small, it was warm, comfortable, quiet and had all the mod-cons that I needed. Meanwhile, the public rooms and facilities are all absolutely fine. I would stay here again,...

The hotel fulfills all that you need, comfortable bed, silence and it is relatively close to the tourist attractions like the Basilica di Santa Croce. It is a shame that the staff in the reception were quite rude, maybe they were busy but this is not my problem, and the breakfast is quite simple: horrible coffee (yes in Italy) and...

This hotel is located not too far from the Duomo and the Academia to see the David. Very easy walk then to the leather and jewelry stores and the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel was very nice and clean and with excellent breakfast choices. We had drinks before and after dinner in the enclosed patio area at the front overlooking the...
