I didn´t like this hotel. Despite being a "4 star hotel", its services are just ordinary. There´s nobody to help you with your luggage, the hotel is plenty of apartments and is full of tourists (most of them are in big groups). It´s almost impossible to talk to someone because there is always a line to talk to the staff...

I have nothing negative to write about as other reviewers do. I thought it was a nice, rather large hotel. We had two twin beds in our room. The room window view was from the front of the hotel and looked over the Arno River and to the hills above. There is a nice park right across the street. It...

Yep, I reckon our shower was about no more than 70cm square. It was very dangerous to get in and out of and only one person could really be in the bathroom at one time. I would not want to go back despite how pleseant the staff were. The room was very dated and you could hardly get around the...

As always it is difficult to pick a hotel based only on reviews. This hotel is large and well managed. It is clean and has a frig. The breakfast is busy but well stocked and tasty. It is walking distance to the major sights. I would stay again and you should, too.

We got this hotel on hotwire so the price came out quite low. For the money we paid it was a perfectly acceptable place to spend two nights. I certainly wouldn't try and deter others from staying here just so long as you're aware it is not a fancy four star but rather a basic, clean hotel with some very...

The Internet didn't work, the rooms are very small and 1970s Travelodgy, beds hard and curtains let in light. Worst of all I was woken up around 6am by some whirring machine down below, some boiler or something which comes on vey 30 secs in the hotel, impossible to sleep. The hotel does not deserve 4*s. it is filled with...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as a part of a tour group. The rooms were good - comfortable bed, free wifi, clean etc., but we found the food to be quite poor. We had a buffet dinner as a part of the tour. The room was overly full and loud and the food was a disappointment. At...

A very nice hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of florence. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a good variety- the only negative was the coffee which was not pleasant. The outside bistro had a good variety of food which was reasonably priced. The open topped bus tours...

Our room was ok , excluding the diry carpet (I hate carpets). The room and the hotel in general were relatively clean. The hotel is an easy 25 min walk from the centre. Breakfast was poor. The worst about the hotel was the staff...very rude...at the reception and in the breakfast room...

I stayed one night in early August, 2012, booked a standard room through expedia.ca. Got a room in 2nd floor, it was the smallest room i have ever seen, with a 12inch TV, and the worst is the bathroom. Don't think you can get into the shower room if you are 180 pounds. Called expedia and they couldn't help...or redundant...
