This hotel has an excelent location and a friendly staff with 24h reception, but..they should work on their breakfast. It is very simple for the price tag. Also, the beds could be more confortable and the bathroom should be improved.

Super friendly staff, great location (you can comfortably walk to the most important tourist attractions) and low price. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms are a bit small (in the Residence building), the beds were a bit soft, but comfortable. You can have a buffet style breakfast for 5 euros (not included in the room price). Nothing fancy...

We stayed here for two nights during our visit in Florence. The room was good, the beds were pretty comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, with just a few minutes walk to the biggest tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. I missed a trash can in the room though and during the stayover-cleaning they...

We stayed 3 great nights there. Friendly staff, great breakfast (price not included), well located, close to the central train station and municipal market. Room was always clean, good shower and bed, TV and hairdryer.

We stayed at this hotel but our room was in their Residence annexe. I chose this because I had read that it had an amazing view of the Duomo rather than because it was cheaper than the main hotel. The room was very basic but clean and with a good shower. We only stayed one night because we were based...

We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed being here. Perfect location at walking distance of the famous San Marco (North) area. Friendly English speaking staff, nice rooms, great beds, breakfast was good and cheap.

Well located for the main attractions and rail station. Room cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Several styles/sizes and prices of room. Had to buy mosquito spray due to bites (thought they'd be out of season) in October. For preference could use an English language TV channel like the BBC or Sky.

Nice and clean hotel within a few hundred meters from Mercato Centrale. Very helpful and attentive staff, particularly manager Chandam. We had great time in Florence and enjoyed our stay, two families with a 3 year old kid. We'll be back!

Probably one of the worst experiences so far :( The room was extremely small, with dirty walls (mosquitos squished everywhere). Noisy neighbourhood (there is a bus station on the street) We left one day earlier because of the bad conditions. We tried to get a refund for the last day, as it was not a non-refundable trip, but they told...

The staff was very friendly, helped us out many times regarding things to see, they let us leave our bags free of charge when we checked out etc. Well located, in walking distance from the train station. We didn't have many needs regarding the actual room, we got an economy double.
