Just Horrible, Tiny old room that smells very badly. Bathroom extremelly small and it is actually true to say that there is not a shower in there. What they call a "shower" is actually a springler just above the toilet. The water drops directly on the floor tiles and then drains through a hole. But If you think about it...

Dear Mr. Constantinos V, first of all thank you for the review. The room booked was a standard single room so there is little we could've done about that (by that we mean the size of the room). But maybe, if brought to the front desk attention, the problem could've been checked and fixed if necessary and your review headline...

Horrible rooms. No Airconditioning. Breakfast bad. No locker in the room. No fridge. Bathroom is better than the room. Only location is good. We were denied change of rooms. Don't depend on trip advisor reviews. I became a guinea pig.

We stayed here for total 4 days. First day checked in little late due to delay in our flight from Paris. But check in was super fast. Also, the staff at the reception (everyone we met at reception at their different shifts) were really good, in terms of their helping nature and hospitality. Rooms are good. First day itself, after...

The hotel is located about a five to ten minute walk from the train station and about a five minute walk to the Central Market. We arrived at the hotel around 9 pm and were greeted by a friendly manager who quickly had us settled in our room. We had chosen a room with two twin beds, which were very...

The hotel is located in the city centre. I chose it because of having a room for four with breakfast. The room is not too big, but quite comfortable with a small bathroom. The breakfast was standard. The staff was really nice and helpful. Train station S. M. Novella is just over the corner, Piazza del Duomo is just over...

The best part of the Hotel is that it is centrally situated and 10 mins from Railway station. In 10 mins you would reach Florence Duomo, Piazza Della Signoria, Leonardo s Museum! That's why we could visit the Duomo during day and at moonlight as well. It is so situated that Hop ON/OFF tickets are available in front of Railway...

We were surprised by how comfortable our room was, a bit old fashioned but very clean and the room was really big for a European hotel. Very close to city centre and easy to walk everywhere. Ten minutes from the train and bus station. Very happy we stayed here.

Stayed 4 nights September. Easy stroll from SMN station & Duomo. Old historical building. Room needs updating. More power points would be handy. Bathroom very small. Also needs updating but was cleaned thoroughly. Plenty towels. Breakfast was typical continental- good but coffee awful. Staff helpful & English excellent- helped me with my luggage on entrance steps. Safety deposit box at...
