Hotel Mario's is a cute, vintage hotel that's reasonably priced and centrally located. Do not expect an American chain or boutique hotel experience. My room (#2 I think) is a single room, thus very small. Sort of like a nun's cell if you've ever seen one, but totally adequate for my needs. There is room for a small desk and...

The hotel is close to the train station but a little difficult to find from the airport. Doesn't matter, it's just a charming hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are small with possibly the smallest shower I ever saw, but they were very clean and had the Europeon charm I wanted. Breakfast was included and it was delicious... Don't expect an...

This was a complete dump. The room was extremely dirty, the "bed" was so uncomfortable we could not sleep at all, and the location couldn't be worse. Even worse than all of that, it wasn't that cheap. Regardless of the price though, do not stay here! The staff will not accommodate any of your requests and will only make excuses....

This was our home-away-from home for two weeks. The friendly, bilingual staff offered helpful advice and provided clean rooms and a good breakfast. The short walk to the train station made our arrival, departure and day trips really easy and the location was excellent for all the sights.

This small hotel is 5 minutes from the train station and a close walk to the center of Florence. Samll rooms are good for the single traveller and the breakfast is good.

My husband and I and two close friends stayed here from 22nd to 25th of April. We were very happy with all aspects of this little hotel. We had had a long journey from west Wales arriving by bus. It was therefore a relief to find the hotel so conveniently situated from both the sights and the bus/railway station. The...

The Hotel is in a brilliant location 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Train Station and the main places you would want to be close to. The staff are very friendly and spoke a little English enough for us to get bye. The Hotel is very charmingly furnished and gives a lovely ambiance and it has a little bookshelf area...

From the booking throughout the stay and billing process, these folks are among the nicest we have had the pleasure to work with -- and we have worked with many. Our group consisted of 13 sometimes hard to please business travelers, and I was amazed at how many of them commented on how nice they found the lodgings, and ESPECIALLY...
