We booked a room at this hotel because the price was much more reasonable than the locations closer to downtown. We lucked out, because the staff was absolutely fantastic, the bus very close to the hotel went straight to the downtown area, and the room was great. Upon arrival, we were offered fantastic information about Old Florence as well as...

This hotel is not in downtown and does have free parking. The staff was very accommodating. I had made our reservation for the wrong night and we arrived one night early. They graciously switched our reservation. I was very appreciative. The breakfast was quite good and was complimentary to the room. There were visitors from Canada, eastern Europe, and Italy....

We booked this property on-line because we had a very early flight home the next day. Although we became a little concerned when we saw the commercial neighborhood it was in, we were impressed by the cleanliness of our room. We were also impressed by the helpfulness of the employees behind the desk. They couldn't have been nicer. They had...

The outside of the Hotel might frighten you. It looks old and dirty. But once inside: very nice rooms, clean, enough space, airco (who works perfectly). The desk is 24/7 open, so every minute of the day/night you can arrange stuff. The staff is very vervy friendly and spontaneously helpfull!! Too bad there was no breakfast. Parking space was also...

Business: Close to the airport, but you do need a taxi. Also for the businesses located closeby you'll need a taxi or rent a car. What do you expect on a business trip. Don't whine. Breakfast in the hotel next door is value for money at 6€. They should however charge more and give a little more English breakfast Family:...

I spent a night at this airport hotel on the way home from Florence and was impressed from the start. The taxi from the airport terminal was just under 15 euro and took 5 minutes. It was a smooth check-in process, and the room was exactly as pictured on their website. I think you would be hard pressed to find...

Bugs, little toilet tissue, bedet' gives you a shower with clothes on, dirty floors. There is no shuttle to airport, no breakfast buffet, bar or lounge. If you don't ask to have your air conditioner turned on you will do without. Sewer smell at the hotel door. I would rate at 1/2 star. I would stay away from this one.

The BEST SHOWER in Italy! Hot water and lots of it!!! We had rooms 114 and 115. Elevator was small but worked fine. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. Everything look like it was recently renovated. Wifi signal was strong in our rooms. Contrary to the hotel's website, there is no...

I stayed here for one night before an early flight - the location is good but there were some hotels even closer to the airport. The staff were very friendly though and willing to help us. The breakfast buffet was very good value.
