We loved this hotel. It was spotlessly clean and furnished with beautiful Italian furniture. The hosts Francessca, Anna and Akko were really warm and genuinely welcoming and gave us a map on our arrival with recommendations for places to eat. The couple of restaurants we visited were excellent so I would trust their recommendations again WHEN we return. The position...

Stayed at Relais Cavalcanti just recently. Perfect location where we walked straight out into the history and culture of Florence. Ponto Vecchio and Uffizi museum just minutes away. Anna and Francesca did a brilliant job even before we arrived and gave us lots of good advice after arrival. We felt very much at home staying here.

Lovely apartments in a great location. Easy walking distance to Uffizi Gallery and other main attractions. Very helpful reception staff. They gave us a map with recommendations for good restaurants, pizza places and ice cream shops marked on it. We tried them all and were not disappointed! The room was beautiful and had excellent views. Cannot fault these apartments at...

This place is great!! Brilliant location, close to all the major sites! The staff and owner are super friendly and welcoming. Staff accommodated any need of ours instantly! There is a use of a communal kitchen as well with all the needed appliances which was fantastic. The rooms were cleaned very well each day. I would highly recommend this place!

We've stayed there for the 5th time as we love it! Accommodation is perfectly kept, very clean, you can have breakfast or snack, coffee, tea or juice anytime during the day in a nice dining room. The owners are very nice and helpful, location is great.

Great room in a stunning old apartment. Even though we were above a pub, the double-glazed windows meant it was very quiet in our room (although the air-conditioner was a little noisy). The apartment is in walking distance to everywhere in Florence and is very easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in the center of everything. The rooms are spacious and the common parlor and kitchen are great places to meet other travelers from around the world and share experiences. It is quiet even though our room overlooked the bustling market on the street below. We had a problem with the power in our room but Anna and...

An absolute adorable B&B in the centre of Florence. I stayed here with my family (wife, 1 yo son and parents). We had separate rooms. Our rooms was big and beautifully styled. The bathroom was spacoius and modern but in a classic style. I highly recommend this place. Close to shopping, pharmacy, restaurants and sights. Staying here will definately give...

I loved every minute of my stay at Relais Cavalcanti. Anna, Francesca and Aiko were absolutely lovely, professional and extremely helpful. Aiko greeted me upon arrival and went through everything I would need to know staying in their guest house and things to check out in the surrounding areas. My room was lovely, clean and tidy and a beautiful very...

Staying in Uffizi

Neighbourhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
