The hotel is situated near the center of the city. The location is very quite, the breakfast is good, the room is clean. The things that I didn't like is the wifi. Wifi has very poor signal and sometimes nit working. Also the bed wasn't confortable for me.

Stayed for a long weekend for my husband's birthday in the lovely city of Florence. The hotel was exactly as I expected after reading the reviews. The hotel was in a great position for all the sights and the train station. The only problem was that the road at the front of the hotel was used by various coach companies...

Had difficulty finding this hotel initially because the exterior doesn't look like a normal hotel. I walked past it because I was looking for the hotel sign, but found it after checking the street address. It is located on the second floor of an apartment building and from memory there were 2 other hotels in the same building. Has a...

Must stay here if you are visiting Florence. It is around the corner from the train station and within minutes of all the restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. The hotel is very pensione like but the bathrooms are clean and updated. The hotel is in a building with...

The room was just big enough for three with suitcases, clean modern bathroom. Breakfast was average, could have been more of a variety. Good location, close to the hotel and walking distance from some key sites, supermarket also close by. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Met at reception by friendly staff who were very helpful in providing information about buses and maps. Room was quite cramped for 3 people with cases but very clean and serviced. Bathroom tiny but functional. Lots of soaps. Bus 12 and 13 one street away to take you up the hill to Piazza Michealangelo. Breakfast juices coffee cereals breads yoghurt...

Stayed two nights at the end of our honeymoon and overall it is a great value considering the location. We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Mirko who got us into our room very quickly (we were exhausted and he picked up on this) and we were very appreciative of this. The elevator is from a bygone generation and...

We only stayed for a night as we passed through Florence. The hotel was modest for one night. Free wifi was a benefit. It was close the train station and many restaurants. Overall I would stay there again if passing through Florence.

We had a nice experience in the hotel. We got a very comfortable room with the hotel's Italian old style. Everything was very clean. The only disadvantage we say is that the parking per day was so expensive (24€)!

A group of us from Dublin stayed here for five days. The location so close to SNM train station was a bonus. It's also walking distance to all major sights. The desk and dining room staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast is good and there's plenty of it. Bathrooms, towels etc were first rate. Rooms at...
