This hotel charged me the full amount for one night stay while my flight was cancelled and I cancelled the room politely and well in advance. No response, just the charge. This hotel has a terrible policy.
Repeated trips to Florence over the last three decades have created a treasure-full of great memories. The Hotel Davanzati is always been one of those lovely experiences. Fabrizio and his immediate and extended family have been gracious and welcoming hosts from our very first stay...More
The hotel staff were kind and very attentive. They were willing to help and offer advice. The hotel lobby can be found after going up a flight of stairs and taking the small elevator on the left. Our room was dirty and really noisy at...More
