This inn is well located near the main train station. It is basic but very comfortable, is traditionally decorated and well soundproofed from the street. The manager is charming and extremely helpful. A pre packaged breakfast with snacks is provided on a tray the afternoon before, and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. In addition there...

I stayed there only for one night but the accomodation was great! The room (we given the private one) was spacious and very clean full with old itakian furnitures. The bathroom was spacious too with a great shower and hot water! I was surprised by the breakfast as it was huge! The owners, since we had to leave earlier the...

Flavio, the host is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is anything but homemade it is available, however, 24/7. The rooms overlooking the street were very quiet. We loved the free cauppucino and espresso.

We travelled to and from Florence by train which made the Old Florence Inn an ideal choice being literally around the corner from the main station. We were met by the welcoming host who gave us a few tips to make our stay all the better. All attractions are in easy walking distance and there is no shortage of bars...

The location is perfect for a one night stay with a train ride the next day with the station less than 500m from the hotel and close to places for eating too. However the entrance isn't easy to spot. The building is shared with another two B&B type establishments and there's a common entrance with a key provided. Also next...

Spent 2 days at the Old Florence B&B. The room was a good size and clean. Water, coffee, juice and snacks were provided in the room. Very close to the city, and attractions. Florio was a great host as he provided information and tips for places to visit. Overall a great find, you will not be disappointed.

Spent 3 days. The owner is great, very friendly and helpful. Pro: just minutes walk from almost anything in the center of Florence. Lots of shops, local restaurants around Wifi in the room was good. Room was very clean and large enough. Owner offered to setup a baby crib for my little one free of charge. Con: There is no...

Very friendly staff (Mr Florio) . We came after 7 pm. He left a note to call him and he did in 10 minutes. The hallway and reception is classical and beautiful. The room is old classical style. The breakfast is ready in your room see picture, not what I expected. For people who enjoy classical old Florence hotels this...

Indeed the breakfast of this hotel consists of all packaged food which is placed in the room a day before. This is something we never encountered before, but for only one day's stay, we don’t mind. At least some of the packages were good for snack items in our subsequent road trip. From the hotel we were able to walk...
