The apartment was clean. Good location. Not far from the main historical sites. The furniture was old and needs an upgrade. The air condition was not working; it was just making noise. Not a 4-star hotel.

This is a great place to stay in Florence. Very Budget friendly and comfortable. The residence offers studio apartments with a drawing room bedroom and a kitchen with all the equipment. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. They have a huge terrace for the room, wardrobes and a safe. The tram station is a 5 minute walk from this place....

We stayed three nights here for a great price, the rooms have excellent air conditioning, very clean fresh linen and a great bathroom. T was a very comfortable stay and the suites are huge! Plenty of room for three travellers who have become used to staying in tiny spaces altogether. Would certainly recommend this hotel as it is very close...

Don't be put off by the exterior and the immediate area around the hotel which on first impressions is a bit of a let down. It certainly isn't what we expected Florence to look like. The room was spacious and we'll equipped with free toiletries and tea and coffee. The hotel was clean and we'll kept and felt secure. It...

Accomodation is 7-min walk from Porta Al Prato - Leopalda Train station (one station away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella) and 3-min walk from the bus station. To go to the city proper, you can either take the bus (around 10 minutes) or walk (around 30 minutes). Our room was affordable and very spacious but airconditioning and heating is automatic...

We booked this self catering residence and when we entered the room it was so good in terms of space, amenities. staff was very friendly. Proximity to tram and metro station was very good. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable self catering apartment.

Its a nice residence hotel. They give some free stuff and grocery when u check in. No breakfast. Its far from the Santa Maria Novella station though people claim that its walkable. The staff is very friendly. Few good restaurants around the block. The hotel had a problem with the AC system which they did not fix it.

Very noisey. On a busy road and walls are paper thin - you can here everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) from the neighbours. The water pressure was woefully and one morning there was no hot water at all. The furniture and fixtures were clean but old (think seventies). The rooms didn't have doors just curtains and the lighting was...

Cookies sugar tea and coffee in living room. Spacious balcony! Great free wifi and air con! Was quite hard to find- TIP- it's past the big arch in a little...
