Needed an Hotel reasonably close to Station ...arrival from Lucca...and walking distance to Centro Storico. Searched online and got a great rate for 2 nights single room. Great location...very clean room...super bath...towels...bed linen all quality. Well pleased and highly recommended. Would definitely go again...

Rooms could do with some TLC but you get what you paid for. - Quiet rooms - Decent bathroom with shower - Good strong air conditioning - Good WiFi speed and signal in the rooms - 3 minute walk from train station and the Duomo. Overall would highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently situated, with local attractions within easy reach. However, due to its location, it is busy and noisy at night. When the revellers eventually decide to return home to bed from the local bars well into the early hours of the morning, the delivery lorries and dustcarts start to arrive! Members of staff were reasonably friendly and... More

The staff are really friendly and helpful here. We arrived very late after a long journey and the man on reception checked us in quickly and told us that we could pay the tourist tax the following day, or later in the week. Our room was clean and comfortable, a little tired perhaps, but perfectly adequate. The hotel is nicely... More

Great location- just 10 minutes from the train station, 5-10 mins to the Duomo and everything else in Florence is walkable within 30 mins. You get what you pay for- simple but very spacious rooms with comfortable beds but bad pillows. Large, clean bathroom and a wardrobe. We didn't pay for breakfast- an espresso and a pastry came to €7.80... More

We had booked a room with 2 single beds, got a double bed and upon arrival we requested they book us into another room..COULD not do that (as per Mr. S)... So we asked them to then just change our double bed... More

We've just walked down the street and decided to book hotel Victoria as the first we came across for a night to have shower and stayed to sleep. The location is conveniently located, which is close to the city center. We stayed in a 4-bed room and one blanket was missing. The shower gel and tissue paper provided were so dusty, seemed like nobody had touched them for ages. The water was not hot enough and it took a long time to heat up. The greatest disappointment is... More

We went to the hotel in the middle of the night. A man in the hotel reception didn't even say hello to us. We had booked a room for two persons for one night. He said that we had paid only for a single room. Fortunately I had a paper where was a data from the reserve. The room was... More
