We didn't book here but our hotel round the corner had the road up and clearly had sewage problems so they brought us here which was really good of them. Given the location it was a great price. The room was clean and all we did was sleep here so didn't need much more. Bathroom was Ok and breakfast the...

This hotel really is the best location - 5 mins from the Accademia, 10 from the duomo and 15 from the uffizi! However, our stay itself was fairly average, the rooms were compact (which is to be expected given the location!) but breakfast wasn't bad. Not sure it was worth the price though!

We arrived in the afternoon, to find a staircase as the front façade of the hotel - We walked up a flight of stairs, which is where we found reception. An elderly man greeted us sourly, but we found it almost impossible to communicate as he spoke no English at all. We were located on the second floor - The...

Communication was a slight problem here as the staff do not speak any English. We didn't have too many problems except they tried to make us pay the day before we left when we had already paid on arrival. The booking and check in system seemed very chaotic and confusing. The location of the hotel was great- walking distance to...

The hotel is in a great location and the price is extremely affordable particularly for backpackers and people on a budget. However all the staff speak strictly italian and this made things very difficult. They also charged us for a room upgrade when the reason we had to move rooms in the first place was because of there faulty aircon....

A very strange hotel, very cheap but has poor facilities. Gate entrance on the stairs which is locked and can only be buzzed in by reception - seems unsafe to me if there was a fire. Rooms were not particularly clean, very small and a lot of noise from other rooms/street traffic. No proper room for breakfast - you sit...

Cleaniness satisfied. Receptionist very nice , gave us city Map when check in. Location quite OK. But no wifi reception in room, wifi only work well at at reception counter. This is disappointed . Water is super slow for bath, no hot water. Another dissapointed thing. Air conditioner not provided.

Right in the city center which is really good as you are in short walking distance from all the attractions: the Accademia Museum, the Duomo, San Lorenzo and the market- not an amazing place to stay but it was clean and the owners are very helpful.

The staff at this hotel were welcoming and friendly, but we did not love this hotel. Location was great, 5 min walk to the duomo and 5 min to the train station. The common areas were very dated and didn't look very clean. The wifi only worked in common areas. There is no included breakfast. I understand that Florence is...
