The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. It is like walking into the past when you enter this bed & breakfast. It is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are generously roomy and the bathroom is bright and very up-to-date. I just loved staying here. You enter and exit the plaza that does not allow cars, so it makes it...

Dear Guest, We really would like to thank you for your kind review. Our B&B is located in one of the historical places of Florence and our building was originally a Medieval tower of a Florentine banker, so here you saw a little piece of the Medieval age. We are happy that you appreciated the way we welcomed you here...

My husband and I try to visit Florence at least once a year, and we always stay here. The staff are great, very friendly and not intrusive, and the rooms are beautiful. My only hesitation in writing this review is that more people will know about the Antica Torre, which might make it more difficult for us to get a...

Wonderful piazza, clean , cozy and comfortable place, friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile for you..It was pleasure to have stayed at Soggiorno Antica Torre..The only trouble we had was when we first arrived ,it was hard to find the entrance, for those who plan to visit, it is between the restaurants Davide & Bargello..

This small B&B has an awesome location right on the Piazza della Signoria. Literally flanked by restaurants, everything is just steps away. Herein lies the problem. Noisy, noisy, noisy!!! Into the wee hours of the morning you hear bottles crashing, carts being pushed, pots and pans being banged, people talking/yelling AND you can even hear whistling! This noise is not...

the Location of the Hotel is really great, you cannot make a better choose. The staff is very nice too. We did not have breakfast there because so many coffee shops around and best Cappuccino everywhere. The only thing is dont book Room Number 1 its the room to the Piazza, its so noisy during night, you cannot sleep.

Dear Customer thank you very much for your review. We know that noise in the room #1 is our trouble, therefore we are going to double glaze windows. It would be a pity to waste such a beautiful room for this problem. We hope to see you soon once again. Best Regards Staff-Pamela Soggiorno Antica Torre

The location is great. The service is very poor. We ordered a baby bed, but there was nothing arranged and after 13.00 p.m. the staff had left. The staff was not willing to return to arrange the bed for us, so our kid fell out of the bed during the night. For 200 euros a night I would expect a...

This was a fabulous location- near the river, near shopping, near sightseeing. We were only in Florence for a few days, and this was perfect. You can even see the hotel from Giotto's Tower! They were helpful when we asked for assistance with a cab or museum tickets, but not intrusive. I recommend this for people of all ages. Be...

We stayed at the Soggiorno Antica Torre in Florence for 2 nights in September. Once you know where to go this place is very easy to find. The cab dropped us off from the train station right in front of the door (10 Euro ride), its between 2 restaurants, right on Soggiorno Plaza. We had instructions to get into the...

You couldn't ask for a better location than this hotel. It is right in a main square next to some famous pieces of art and around the corner from the Uffizi. However, the stairs were a killer. There is an elevator but I was too scared to use it. It looked a little shady. The room was clean but very...
