The location is superb, the amenities are excellent, the welcoming attitude of the owners are incredible, bed, bedroom with balcony, and the breakfast are incredible good, all of this for a VERY good price. The location is a walking distance of everything you want to know in Florence. For sure we are comming back.

My partner and I stayed here on our tour of Italy and we were not that impressed. After a long trip we arrived to find that the gates were locked and we had to call a phone number to find someone to let us in. We had nowhere to park the car and ended up with no choice but to... More

We were looking for a hotel in the Santa Croce area, as our daughter lives nearby and because our son was getting married in Florence we were letting them the run of the flat. We also needed accommodation for relatives traveling from far away. We found that the b&b 'A teatro' fitted the bill, was a few steps away from... More

This B&B has a perfekt location in historic Florence. Nice room and very nice staff. We enjoyed our stay very much! We could walk to all the sights we wanted to see. The breakfast was OK but with a lot of sweets and we missed a little more cheese, maybe?

We stayed in this place for three nights. For exploring the city it is perfectly situated. Staff is helpful and rooms are lovely. Concerning the breakfast in Italy we are used to be tolerant, so we were not surprized when 'enjoying' the breakfast. The main drawback of this place is linked to its noisy neighborhood, e.g. glass containers in front... More

Have stayed here 4-5 times now and will return again. Staff are really nice and helpful. Great cappuccino to start the day. They are there only in the morning and then can be contacted by phone if necessary. Rooms are tastefully decorated and spotless with a small fridge and good A/C. Location is brilliant, 10 mins to duomo with restaurants... More

Although this B&B is in a fairly good location, it is so noisy at night that our sleep was interrupted every night we were there. This is true especially if you are on the kitchen/breakfast room side which faces Via Verdi. There is singing, yelling, bottle throwing, garbage pick up, hooting and hollering until about 3:30am which is when we... More

We spend a few days here this month. I loved the place and the spacious rooms :-) They had said it may get noisy outside at night but it really wasn't that loud. In fact standing at the balcony at night and looking around gives you a great view of the night life in Florence . The owners and the... More
