We loved Firenze and our stay at Dany House was an important part of that experience. Liborio and Laura are great hosts and make their guests feel at home. Rooms are not the most comfortable but everything is perfectly clean. Location is good, 15 minutes walk from the center.

Dany House is good place to stay at if you want a quiet place to live in, and it is quite near the main area. It is indeed walking distance 10 mins. walk - 15 (if you have shorter legs haha) Laura has been helpful, she's just a call away if you need to ask something. She is also informative,...

We were a group of 4 people who stayed here in September while on a trip of Italy. So the good thing about the place is the rather large rooms, not very far from the city center and the guided wine tour of Chianti which Laura helped us to book. However, the pro's was that the beds were really bad,...

Florence is strategically located near Pisa and Chianti-Tuscani region. We were expecting a good hostel to match the scenic beauty of these regions but opposite to our expectation, Dany House was a complete let down. The beds were really pathetic, almost all the beds have springs to support mattress, which go down to much and can’t provide proper support for...

Liborio and his wife Laura run this apartment with a lot of love and care - perhaps partly because they also live there, in their own space. Some of the friendliest hosts I've met so far - sometimes they will even notice people chatting in the small common room and bring out some wine and snacks! Otherwise the location is...

Recently in September 2015 we 4 people stayed in Danny house and already weather was hot in Italy and there was no ac in the room and in such a big room only one table fan was there and that too was not that much powerful . Beds were terrible, one of us got the sore back. And we barely...

This place is halfway between a B&B (given that the hosts live in the same apartment) and an hostel (there are two dorms for guests), but i definitely qualifies as hostel more than B6B. It was clean and the hosts, Laura and Liborio have been very kind and helpful with me, chatting and giving plenty of tips for the city.

It was all about the people. The owner, Jonathan, made my stay terrific. It is small and the stairs were a hassle with my small suitcase but I forgot my troubles as soon as I was greeted with hugs. Perfect location. Very walkable. Walked into the main area of Florence by the Duomo and to the bridge and the local...

Laura & her entire family were extremely nice, friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean and had safes to lock away valuables. The place was small, only three rooms so there wasn't any loud noises or jostling over the bathroom. For €2 they provide breakfast & it's definitely worth it. My friends & my stay was fantastic, I will...
