This small hotel is located just two blocks from the Santa Maria Novella train station, a half a block from the Mercato Centrale, and is super close to the Duomo. The location could not have been better. Directly across the street is a self-service laundromat and there are numerous restaurants and gelaterias right outside the hotel. The breakfast was basic...

As this B& B is spread out over three buildings, it is a bit hit and miss as to what your room is like. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and you are offered 10% discount to eat at their Trattoria. The location is great, not far from the Santa Maria Nuova Railway Station and in the historical centre....

There were a number of negative issues, but two really stand out and were unacceptable. 1. After a day of exploring, we arrived back to our room to find the door to our room wide open...it was most definitely locked when we left that morning. Someone had come in to make the bed and not shut and re-locked the door....

My bf and I stayed there for three nights. We were traveling on a budget so arranged a price without breakfast and with hared bathroom which turned out good for us as we were on the second floor sharing with two other private rooms that had their own private bathroom, so basically we had a bathroom for us just not...

My mom and I booked our room then ended up extending our stay. We e-mailed the hotel and asked if it was possible to add a 3rd night and if we could have two beds. We received an email confirming our request. We knew that the owners did not speak English but didn't think that would be too much of...

The room itself is no bad considering the location. however the big downside is the noise at night from the streets and from 8.30am when they are preparing breakfast. There was minor construction work from the same building in the top floor too where you could hear some drilling for a very short period of time. Check in is done...

We just arrived home from over 3 weeks in Italy. We stayed at Katti House while in Florence. We were a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 teenage children. Maria and Francesco were amazing hosts. I booked ALL my accommodations all over ITALY directly with the owners to ensure/confirm my accommodations had a private bathroom in each room. Maria...

My wife booked this room because the pics were cute and somewhat affordable. When we got there, the manager gave us a room down the street on the second floor. We were also told that a deposit of all of the days stay was needed in which in the end "Maria" said it was ok (so beware of this, you...

Located in the heart of Florence, this hotel was more than I expected. I stayed here in mid Summer and it was super affordable for the prime location. This may be because the owners only speak Italian, but it was not a problem since I only stayed for one night. So many great restaurants nearby, BUT they have their own...

The location is conveniently located. But there is more than one location for this B&B. They have,15 rooms but in different buildings. If you are looking for just a,place to stay with no sincerity and warm feel from your service then stay here. Otherwise I recommend staying at an agritourismo near the city for a great experience and visiting florence....
