This property is within an easy walk of most of the most important attractions of Florence but is sufficiently removed from the street to be quiet and peaceful. The small garden courtyard that we shared with another couple was a pleasant spot to sit in and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. An electric kettle provided almost instant hot water...

It took us five tries to get to Florence, but we finally made it - and we're staying in the Diva Suite at the Relais Grand Tour B&B - an elegant, but affordable, accommodation near almost everything. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable hosts, and great prices make this a wonderful choice. We stayed in the Diva Suite - spacious, large bathroom...

If you are looking for a quiet though untrendy and quirky hotel with a central location this is a good choice. Our “Diva” room was spacey with a peculiar décor of colonnades, lamps, art and furnishings that extended into the interesting bathroom. Storage space and the shower were just ok. Towels were great and soft and there was plenty of...

Dear Guests, first let me say thank you for your kind words about our property and its amenities, I think this is very helpful for the other guests. Then, let me point some notes: - daily cleanings: there are no guests staying in the Diva suite in october and september required daily cleanings. I personally checked all my bookings and...

Room was clean, cozy well located, Cristina was very helpful online. Giuseppe was wonderful to deal with as well. They had a snack ready for us when we arrived. The shower was the smallest I have ever been in but it worked! Location was very easy to navigate.

We stayed at Grand Tour Suites for 3 nights and it was great. We had the "Actor" room and it was spacious for the two of us. There was air con and a sofa to rest after a day's walk under the hot sun. We love the mini fridge in the room; we bought drinks from the supermarket, put them...

We stayed in the beautiful Diva room, and found it elegant, comfortable, quiet and just what we needed after long days of visiting museums, churches, eating and shopping in fabulous Florence. The location is great, not too much traffic and yet still close to everything. Giuseppe met us on arrival and spent some time with us giving us tips on...

Bit tricky to find, but was a great place to base ourselves for Firenze explorations. Easy walking distance to all the major sites. Elegant rooms, very comfortable. Super friendly service. Great little courtyard to sit and have a chat with other travellers. Reasonably priced. Would love to go back :)

This charming B&B is located just past the busy streets and allows for a peaceful and relaxing stay while visiting Florence. We stayed in the “Mirrors” Suite, and it was very well decorated, quiet, spacious and airy, not to mention extremely clean. Not only are the owners flexible with their schedule for arriving travellers, they are also extremely hospitable though...

The owners live in the property and they treat all their guests like house guests. Giuseppe was very helpful in pointing out the location of many nearby attractions and restaurants including a building just down the block that had a beautiful painting of the Last Supper. He explained that this painting was done before da Vinci's painting. There were other...

Christina and Guiseppe were great hosts. They live in the building across from the second floor rooms. Christina took the time to show us a map of the city and all the nearby attractions that we might want to visit. We were provided with tickets for breakfast at the wine bar/coffee shop Nabucco, which is one half block away. We...

Hello! thank you so much for your review. As other guests said, bathrooms of the 2 dbl rooms they are small, and that's why these rooms are less expensive than the suites.
