Our room was super spacious. Hotel front desk was very helpful. Amenities in the room were adequate. Location is very ideal for train station travel. In a district with many other tourist hotels, restaurants, and shops. Walking distance to Duomo, Uffizi, and other popular sites. Breakfast buffet was very nice with great selection of hot dishes and pastries. Would highly...

This hotel is in a great location to walk to the Piazza del Duomo and other main sights of Florence. The room I stayed in was actually on two storeys with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, this meant that it was very quiet and a huge room! The staff were so helpful and gave us a map with...

Arrived early by train, the station being only 10 minutes level - as level as the pave & broken road surfaces can be in Firenze - walk to the hotel. No problem as the accommodating host allowed us to leave our 2 large suitcases & back-packs whilst we got on with exploring this fabulous city. When we returned several hours...

Great location: close to the train station and most tourist sites. Many good restaurants nearby. Room is not big, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Good size bath room . Showers are good. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with fresh fruits. Wifi worked well.

Stayed in mid July, 2015 with my family. Decoration of the hotel is very Tuscan. Small family run hotel. Appealing court yard. Conveniently located near Firenze SMN and walking distance to Duomo, Marcato Centrale and pretty much everything else (Florence is a relatively small city). Family room for four was small (thus 4 star rating) and very cramped. But it...

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it was an excellent experience. Very short distance from the train station & the main attractions in Florence. The hotel looks average from outside but is magnificent from inside. Gives you a perfect mood of the Tuscany region with all the sunflowers and the small carousels everywhere. The room was ok, nothing...

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. It was walkable from the train station and was very near to all the tourist spots. However, the room and service was very average. The room and washroom was very spacious and clean, although nothing pleasant to add to our trip The staff at the hotel was happy to keep our...

We booked what was supposed to be a Deluxe Double Room. Perhaps my view of deluxe is different from others but this was very poor value for money. The room was basically a single room with a double bed crammed into it. The result being absolutely no room to move in. The AC was old so we had the choice...

This hotel does not look much from the outside, but step inside, and you have a totally different view. The cool interior from the air conditioning is very welcome. Our room was unusual as it was on two floors, the shower room being on the lower floor, which was fine as we do not have any disability. Breakfast was as...

This a fairly pleasant hotel and offered a spacious, clean room with good air conditioning. The location is a short walk from the station and main sights and was reasonably priced considering. I have stayed in much worse hotels and paid more. If I ever return to Florence, I would have no problem staying here for a few nights although...
