The lady and man at reception were great along with the breakfast staff. When we ckeched out there was a ladt we never saw before who was rather cold and told us our visa was regected. We had just used our visa the day before and there was no problems elswhere. We told her to try again and she said...

Dear Clients, we are really surprised about your review. We absolutely do not use this kind of tricks to make a difference for cash paying and we are of course not happy with this supposition. You mention you called your Visa card assistance number but we remember you tried to pay with an American Express card which was rejected. That...

Rooms were a nice size plus large bathroom with great counter space. When we arrived the AC wasn't working in our room and we were promptly changed (Italy is in a heat wave so that was awesome!) to a room that had a working unit. I am 50/50 on the location - its right next to the Uffizi but if...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend it to anyone. We booked two rooms off the internet and could not believe how well-placed this hotel is. Uffizi and Piazza delle Signoria are right on your doorstep while the Duomo and Santa Croce are five minutes walk. The via dei Neri that connects you to the Uffizi and Piazza delle...

After our first stay here, I made sure we stayed there again upon our second visit. Both times I had a mixed group of teens and adults and Hotel Fiorino served all of us well. It is just off the river and two blocks from Piazza della Signoria, which means it is a few minutes from the Uffizi and Ponte...

We stayed out of the room as long as we could. Adequate only. Very overpriced. moved next day to a really good four star at the same place. Described to us as cute and cosy. Neither cute nor cosy. Definitely wouldnt recommend or stay there again. Staff neither friendly or unfriendly

Room was $229 U.S. for the one night. First we had to lug our suitcases up a steep staircase to get to the lobby. Room was not ready. Right at the lobby was our room's door, picture an apartment with a tiny family room, and our "bedroom" was right there, you open the door from the lobby and you were...

I stayed two nights over the weekend. I asked for a double even though I was travelling alone. The room was quite small (2 people would have been VERY cramped) - and while the bathroom was clean the shower was small. I'm 5"10, 165 lbs, so fairly slim and I had a hard time turning around without hitting the faucet....

Dear client, we understand that you arrived in a very buisy week end anywa: 1) We do not have cracks in the wall, especially in May the rooms are restored and fresh painted. You stayed in May don't you? Your room was pale green painted. 2)Your room and bathroom were both not too big, it is true. Generally that room...

We only sell multiple rooms (in this case a quadruple) that are really multiple rooms, with regular beds, not sofa beds like and with the right measures of the rooms. Our cleanliness standard is really high as our guests often say on the web. Our rooms and bathrooms are absolutely not dirty. We do not have elevator but we inform...

We got very good service, friendly and independent help and the location is great. Just a 2 minute walk from Piazza Della Signoria and Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. The central location made it easy for us to see most of Florence in 3 days. Siamo stati Benissimo! Molte Grazie!
