I tried to book online for Andy Florence and there was a booking error once putting in my card details. I realised the deposit had been taken from my credit card, but i had no confirmation. I emailed the B&B twice, called both numbers on their website a number of times and left polite voicemails. Finally got hold of someone...

There was nobody when we got there. Room was acceptable but old, it could use some painting. Breakfast consisted only in tea, milk and cheap cookies (if you get up before the other guests)

Hi, we were in Andy Florence this April for 3 nights The room was ok- big bed, quite surrounding even in it is in the center - 10min to S.M.N. station, big bathroom, our view was to the internal yard. You should call the phone number at the main gate because the manager is not present all the time. But...

loved the property, be prepared to carry your bags up 3-4 flights of stairs, this was the only drawback. The property was close to everything and easy to walk to all major attractions. Our hostess was very friendly and ready to assist us with directions she gave us some good recommendations for restaurants. I would stay at this place again

the Andy Florence bed and breakfast was centrally located and easy to find in FLorence but had a bit of a sterile feel to it. The rooms we had were on the street and very very noisy. The halls were tile and felt a bit like a hostel - not the feel of the other bed and breakfasts that we...
