We stayed here on our visit to Florence and was absolutely satisfied with everything about it!. The owner was very cordial and accommodating. The view....the Medici Chapel...right out our window was awesome. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel from 6 to 9 September. It is a 3-star hotel in the hart of Florence behind the San Lorenzo church and near the 'Mercado Central' a covered market. We were two couples and although the hotel does not look really nice from the outside, and the entrance and old elevator to go to the reception...

Fantastic view for breakfast and perfect location! Short enough distance that my disabled father could make it from the train and center location for everything downtown. The service was friendly and prompt. There were also a ton of amazing traditional places nearby.

Central location, newly renovated room, extraordinary homemade breakfast buffet. We mentioned we would miss the time for breakfast, had to stand in line for museum tickets elsewhere AND THEY WAITED FOR US TO RETURN so we could eat! WOW. They seemed so proud to display their very best food for us. Excellent air conditioning. We were on the second floor...

Dear Guest, thank you for your nice words on hotel Corte dei Medici and its staff. Breakfast staff most of all, they love their job and make the best to satisfy the guest, especially the corteous ones, as you have been. Checked into an upgraded room, but after being out in the city all day we came back to find the A/C wasn't working properly. That's a problem in the summer in Italy. The front desk people were very accommodating and switched us to Room 209. The air conditioning worked fine in that unit, which was kind of a loft and...

The hotel is in a great and central location. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have to say that the triple room we received upon arrival (209) was very unpleasant - it was divided by a pretty steep flight of stairs which you had to pass every time on your way to the bathroom (not great if you...

Dear Guest, thank you for the review. I am sorry you didn't like room 209, it is a particular room and some guests love it, some other hate it. Maybe it could seem strange because you have to climb some stairs to get into the room, but this make that room quiet because it is protected from the noises from...

Lovely room, friendly staff, nicely working AC and hot water, but stay away unless you want to be kept up until 2 am by rock music at the bar next door. Not much else to say. The TV worked fine. There were amenities in the room including fridge and hot pot.

Dear Guest, I am glad that you liked the hotel, but I am sorry that you gave us a so low vote for an external cause. We suppose you have to judge use from our service, the quality of the room etc. Wat can we do if the bur under us (that doesn't belong to us) keep loud music until...
