This place is not how it looks on the website. The main building was full so they put us in the annex, 400m away they said. According to viamichelin.com it is 600m. As the annex is in the pedestrian zone we had to leave the car at the main building and carry our bags - several trips - we are...

This is a really nice little place to stay right in the centre of the old city of Lucca. Great value for money, good facilities with a large kitchen with fridge/freezer and eating area. Good room, large and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely room, convenient location. Shared bathrooms but clean and spacious. Very hot when we stayed so had to sleep with window open - Lucca streets not that quiet during the night! Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

As we were travelling on a budget we were happy to find a place that we could afford in the city walls of Lucca. It was clean but more of a backpackers than a hotel. Our room was quiet and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Lucca is such a wonderful place that you don't need to spend too much...

Stayed for one night, conveniently within the walls of Lucca. Room was ok, bathrooms certainly need a facelift.

we received a good welcome..told where to park our car for free outside the walls..the girl at reception desk was efficient and helpful. The room was a little depressing, tatty and dark...but spotlessly clean although I could see other rooms that were definitely better (see photograph on this page) the main advantage was the position in the town and the...

We stayed in the annex- up the road towards the centre. Dark, risky entrance- full of bikes, room bare, dark and with no character or comfort. AND the same price as a very comfortable B&B in Grasse the night before with a superb b/fast. The annex has no breakfast, and the promised parking was not available either. It was a...

This is a low-key, home-away-from-home experience of the lovely town of Lucca. The B&B is centrally located, clean and traditional. The owner Andrea speaks good English, is extremely friendly, honest and willing to help with restaurant and activity recommendations.

Visitors' feedback in the guest book in reception is universally positive for this great little hostel/b&b located an easy walk from all the main sites & the station's walkable too if you fancy time exploring the area around Lucca (though the walk from station to b&b would be a bit of a struggle with cases). We'd booked for a week...
