There is a shared bathroom and toilet and a sinking your bedroom. The shower is a good size and there is plenty of space to move around. The hotel is clean and the room is really nice. There is a TV but no English speaking channels. There's a wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a ceiling fan. It is in a brilliant...

Stayed at this hotel during our Europe tour. Hotel is kind of old although I guess all hotels nearby are as old as this one. One great benefit of staying is that Pisa tower is only 200 meters away. We took a walk at night and just enjoy the tower without any tourist. The hotel itself was average. No AC...

A stones throw from the famous Leaning Tower, Helvetia is ideally located in the heart of the action. The owner was friendly and welcoming, happy to make restaurant recommendations as well as plan my day trip to Florence. My room was clean, comfortable and looked over a quiet inner courtyard. It is within walking distance of everything. It does have...

Nice functional and clean rooms. Great location. We got in late and they not only graciously let us in after hours but they recommended a stroll 500 meters to the tower. Amazing to view it at night with no other visitors around. Good value for money.

We stayed in Helvetia for one night in November before moving onto Florence. We barley spend anytime in our rooms and just like somewhere clean, in good location & reasonably priced. Helvetia was perfect for us, right in the centre of Pisa and about 100 - 200 metre walk to the Leaning Tower. If we stay in Pisa again we...

We stayed in the suite for 4 with private bathroom, which is spacious and well-equipped. It's a simple and low budget hotel, so basic amenities are provided (towels and soap), but there are no extra's in the room although some items can be borrowed at the reception desk. There's a vending machine in the lobby that sells drinks for cheap,...

We booked the 4 person room on the 4th floor, which consists of two separate rooms and a bathroom. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with traditional Italian shutters at the windows. We had no noise complaints, the rooms were cleaned everyday, and the beds are soft with enough blankets. There is a lounge area downstairs, and a terrace...

I landed at Pisa airport around 8 and actually walked to this hotel, though I wouldnt advise that if you have luggage. We were staying here one night before we went to Cinque Terre the next day. The room was comfortable enough. Overly firm beds, but that seemed to be the case throughout Italy. We stayed on the ground floor,...

Situated less than 5 minutes away from the leaning tower on a quiet street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only here for 1 night but great place to stay if you want to visit the tower.
