the place is very central, 7 mins walk to pisa central station. The airport 5 mins by car, spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom, very comfortable mattress. Flavia very helpful. If in pisa this is the place to stay ! The breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about, at least at the time we were there, maybe the low season,...

Our fist time to Pisa and we had a lovely welcome to Italy from our hostess, Flavia. The room was very comfortable, with TV, ensuite and facilities for making a hot drink. Flavia gave us a map of the city and good advice to eating places and tourist sights. It was about 30 minutes to the Leaning tower of Pisa...

The rooms are very cozy, well equipped (fridge, hair drier, wi-fi, air conditioning, water heater for coffee or tee), the bathrooms are very clean and modern. The best breakfast we had in two weeks in Italy. The hostess, Flavia was fantastic: smiley, friendly and helpful, but, at the same time very discrete. On our arrival she gave us a tourist...

This B & B stands out as an oasis amongst the many we stayed in while travelling through Europe. Our room was of a good size, sunny, clean, comfortable and homely and the bathroom was nice and modern. Flavia was genuinely warm and welcoming. The breakfast was to die for, including fresh strawberries and a choice of two home-baked cakes...

The location is a short was from the centre tucked down a communal drive- do not be put off. Flavia was very smiley, welcoming and helpful. The room was smart, clean and comfortable. Air con was great and tv had news in many languages. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy!

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The B&B could not have been more perfectly situated--within walking distance to the Leaning Tower, delicious dining, and only a 5 minute drive to the airport on city streets. Parking on the street was not a problem. Flavia was terrific and extremely helpful in getting us settled and oriented. This was not...

This hidden little treasure may not be apparent to passers-by but my husband and I had downloaded walking directions from Pisa Centrale prior to our arrival and finding it was a piece of cake. We stayed two nights and from the moment we arrived, 'Superwoman' Flavia (a well-deserved title!) was the perfect hostess, offering to carry our luggage up the...

Stayed here for 3 nights with family. Flavia owner and host was very welcoming and helpful. Takes time to give travel advice and where best to eat. Very hot when there and the room was great due to the air conditioning. Continental breakfast served great options. Very reasonable prices.

Our second stay at Five Roses Bed & Breakfast. Flavia, the landlady is still outstanding. Convenient location both for entering the city center and Pisa Airport. The rooms are very clean, comfy and quiet. The breakfast is superb! Very good value for money!

We stayed at Five Roses for 4 nights on our short stay in (very hot) Pisa at the end of June. Flavia the owner was a wonderful caring hostess who provided the most delicious breakfast to start the day. Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and with a great shower. It is the first time in Italy that I...
