We were not informed we would have to pay an extra fee for check in at 10 p.m and that the taxes were not included. So had we to pay a big supplement at our entrance to the hostel. Our room (near the toilet) was ugly and very smelly, there was an awful leak from the toilet's sanitary to the... More

There was constant blackouts in one half of the hotel. No hot water. Dirty bathrooms. A lot of noise inside and outside. Dodgy wifi. No parking. I first booked to stay two nights here a few months ago. I accidentally booked an extra night and emailed them right away about my mistake so I wouldn't be charged for the extra... More

We stayed as a group of 3 friends at this hostel in Pisa during December 2015. The location was kind of perfect. 5 mins walk away from the leaning tower and about ten minutes to the main train station and city center. Host was friendly and we had warm, clean rooms with fresh towels, blankets and sheets. A minimal breakfast... More

Had no problems finding the hostel/b&b. Host and staff were very welcolming and gave us good information about where to go and what to do. Stayed here in private double room for a week with my girlfriend. We struggled with cold showers but after asking the host I think it was user error and didnt really matter to us. The... More

The location is excellent for the city centre shopping and attractions (leaning tower of pisa etc). It has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and only a 15/20 minute walk to the train station. The rooms are big enough and clean , perfect for a solo traveller ( i was traveling on my own ) or travelling on a budget.... More

First of all it is great to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning and see the leaning tower from the balcony. The tower is only a five minute (or less) walk from the hotel. we stayed there for two nights and we were a family of five. The shared bathroom is not that big of... More

You could not ask for a better location.Staff & owner are extremely nice and helpful. This is a more like a family residence than a hotel, so you feel at home. Safe neighborhood. Make sure you eat at Pizzeria Le Mura da Nonna Teta just across the street. Great food, great service! We'd love to one day return to Pisa.... More
