Room is basic but clean and bed was comfortable, bathroom bit of a squeeze but clean and pressure ok.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't see a lift. About 10mins walk from train station, maybe 15 mins to Tower but not sure as the walk there is part of the fun with plenty to view. Sound proofing okay and air...

This hotel is quaint but a real find. We had a spacious and extremely comfortable room and were well looked after. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff took great care of us. Mr John was delightful. His cheerful welcome to the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is just 20 minutes walk from the Leaning Tower and just minutes...

Stayed here 1 night. Reception staff so friendly and helpful, as was the very courteous, and old style, night manager. The room was great , lots of space and such a relief from anonymous boxes. Plug in anti mosquito vial which was useful. Left very early in the morning to catch my flight and was given a very good coffee...

The hotel was perfectly positioned to walk around all the sights of Pisa. It's was slightly tired but the rooms were clean and comfortable and everything worked although we had to stand by the door to get any wifi connection. There was enough parking in front and at €6+ per day it was not expensive. The breakfast was ok, just,...

Air con not working. It's 27 degrees. Kids can't sleep. Have asked someone to have a look but no joy. Not good. Location close to train station. Price good for Pisa but considering no air con am sure we could have got somewhere without air con cheaper. Breakfast good. Staff friendly but not much use. Will not be staying here...

We recently spent a week here using Pisa as a base for visiting the surrounding area. Being only a 10 minute walk from the station it is very convenient for both the PisaMover stop from the airport and for trains to Florence, Lucca, etc. It was a pleasant walk along the river Arno, over the bridge and through the town...

Stayed for 3nights. Staff (Rita & John )were very nice & helpful. The management clearly allow smoking in the rooms, as there was a very stale smell. The rooms are small & very basic, but very clean. A one night stopover would be ok, which is also more than enough time to see the city as it is very small....

Stayed at Hotel Minerva for 3 nights. Location is adjacent to everything (train station, airport, major sites). Room was functional, satisfactorily clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, some more than others. Breakfast very ordinary but ticked the box. All in all, a decent package for the price.
