My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights in june 2016. The B&B is located on the 2nd floor of an older building which is in very good condition. No elevator. Parking Garage directly on the piazza. We had the Magnolia Room which was really nice. Irene provided us with a wonderful breakfast from local products. You can walk...

We absolutely loved this B&B. Irene and Simon could not do enough, perfect hosts. A great room (fairly spacious). The location in a piazza at the end of a shopping street was a few steps within reach of food, shops and a 10-15 minute walk to the main cultural area and what you probably came to Pisa for (the leaning...

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for 2 nights. The building is directly in front of you, at the far end of a piazza, as you walk out of the train station. The room was lovely and the breakfasts provided were excellent. As well, Irene, and her husband, were so helpful in suggesting sights to see and restaurants...

We had a brilliant, albeit short, stay here. Only the one night but we did so much thanks to Irene for her advice and suggestions. We went to Lucca for the afternoon, had dinner in a spaghetteria that served the most delicious home made pasta, etc. The B&B is up several flights of stairs because it's in an old building...

A lovely room, more like a little apartment right on the piazza. Irene is a most lovely host. We were able to get into our room very early (by arrangement), and because we had a very early flight we were left a super breakfast including sandwiches and juice to take with us.

The room is just dreamy! Everything is just in its perfect place and the hosting is with thinking about all the small details...The water, juice and snakes in the room, the modern pampering shower and the Central place between the train station and the historical center makes you wanna move to pisa ;-). And its So romantic.. enjoy..

We were very fortunate to have booked this B & B, sadly our itinerary only allowed for a one night stay. The location is perfect, located a short walk across a square to the railway station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance. Irene was the perfect host, offering us refreshments on arrival and plenty of...

We can just recommend this wonderful B&B, in walking distance to everything. Irene is a very friendly host, and she has a very beatiful house. (Her father was a painter, so You can see his nice paintings hanging on the walls.) The room was clean and large and had air conditioning as well, and there are lots of cookies in...

I booked this hotel as a last minute surprise for our 40th wedding anniversary, I couldn't have made a better choice. Close to the vibrant Corso Italia, we were right at the hub of the city. It was a bit of a walk (20 min) to the Leaning Tower, Duomo complex but it's such a lovely city with great cafe...

We arrived at the b&b late in the evening, and saw Irene looking out of the window for us. The façade is Victorian Tuscany building with a small shop and pizzeria underneath. There are a couple of flights of stairs, with no lift, so could be a problem for people with disabilities. Irene was very welcoming and then left us...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Right in the city center of Pisa, the b&b is located in the renovated Vittorio Emanuele II Square on top of the main shopping street in town. We are in the historical quarter of S. Antonio, at the beginning of the south pedestrian zone and right in front of the main train station and with a public underground parking lot nearby; walking distance are also the bus station and the Pisa airport (5 min by car).A pleasant walk through the old town center streets will bring you in a few minutes to the main museums and monuments, the Pisa Dom and the Leaning Tower, the Arno river and its wonderful riversides. But it’s not all, if you want to spend some more time with us, nearby Pisa it is plenty of places to discover (mountain, beaches, countryside) and others Tuscany cities of art are right here (Florence is just at 50 minutes by train). We can help you in defining your itinerary around Tuscany and…if you like, we may also drive you somewhere here during the weekend for a special Tuscan lifestyle experience! ... more   less
